There is air con but the room will heat up whilst you are out, so can be a bit tricky to cool down (we were staying at a very hot time so other times it would be okay)

The bungalows are really relaxing and only a 5 minute walk to walking street over a bamboo bridge. There is space to park your bike and we had no problem with mosquitoes or bugs. Breakfast is also included and good value. Staff are really friendly too 😊

The staff can't really speak english and they are often also nowhere to be found and the reception is closed. The beds are pretty hard and there are some small animals but not that bad actually.

Such a great place, the rooms are very good with many windows and you even have a hammock on your balcony! It has the perfect location, close to the night market but still quiet enough. The breakfast was also very good.

Very friendly and helpful staff that even speak good English. The location is awesome, right at the river with the bamboo bridge so close. Comfortable, clean and tidy bungalows that come with a hammock.

Room felt a little cramped with the bed and furniture all around it. Also for me would prefer a comfy chair on the balcony rather than a hammock and hard bench.

Lovely little bungalow in great location, just a few minutes walk to town over the bamboo bridge. Host was very friendly and helpful and arranged a safe/slow taxi driver to take us back to Chiang Mai which was a far better experience than on the way up when we had a crazy driver!!

Man, those beds are hard. Definitely the hardest bed I've had since I have been in Thailand.

The shower left a little room for desire. Either low pressure or water not heating all the way, not the best, but also not enough to reduce the overall rating.

Amazing location, right across the bamboo bridge, minutes from the walking street, restaurants and bars. I had a beautiful bungalow right on the river, with sounds of flowing water all night. They offer a basic breakfast included in the price. Strong WiFi everywhere and parking for cars and bikes.

Best thing are the super friendly helpful hosts and the great location with everything nearby and a lovely view of Pai river. And the private hammock on the balcony was a nice touch :) You also get breakfast! All in all good value and has everything for an enjoyable stay.

Location: Quiet location. Less than 5 mins walk to Walking Street/Night Market. Close to all the sop and restaurants. Room: Room was clean and good. Nice hammock, good for afternoon nap. Breakfast: Breakfast with the river view every morning was delightful. Good breakfast, Love the Thai rice soup.
