Mattresses are a bit hard, they should supply more than 2 pillows per bed, and hand soap.

One of the only hotels I can find in Pattaya with proper hot water and the ability to take a bath. Also amazing comfy balconies which are cool, breezy, never directly in the sun, and have less mosquitoes than anywhere else. The room is also big and beautiful and this all contributes to feeling happy and truly on vacation.

The cleaner does come round in the morning fairly early and has loud wheels on his trolley that can wake you up.

It's a good hotel. The prices are set right for what you get. Every time I went out the front desk ordered a motorcycle taxi that arrived in 2 minutes. I had a problem with the TV when arrived. I went out for a couple of hours and a new one was there waiting for me when I returned. Excellent customer service. Wifi was a bit slow on occasions but that happens. Overall I thought it was a good hotel. Nice size room. However getting used to having a bath with a shower fitting took a bit of getting used to. But at 6' 3" showers in Thailand do usually take a bit of working out .

Make sure you message the hotel after booking to insist on a double bed if this is your requirement as booking . Com provide double or twin in the same field which leaves the hotel to choose what they have on your arrival. My issue was quickly sorted with some assertiveness. Lastly, the Internet stopped working in the evening with a problem they have been having for a couple of months. Fortunately I could tether her my streaming device to my phone.

The room was large with a balcony overlooking the pool. The bed was large and comfort with a medium mattress. The pool looked nice and there was a small gym but I did not use either.

Some amenities included were not provided - table, hanging rack.

The location is a bit far from the center but it gives a peaceful surrounding. Anyway, transportation is easy so distance is fine. The coffee tasted great, too.

Receptionist and manager are super friendly Manager allowed us to check in early Free tea/coffee and croissant in the morning Location is a bit far from the beach but we didn't mind it at all as it was calm There is a big local fruit market at the walking distance Pool is nice
