No elevator, tiny stairs

We booked a room with one bed, instead we got a room with two beds placed next to each other. Be careful and be aware of that, it can happen to you too. When we asked to change the room they told us that there are no other rooms available at the moment and that we can leave the accommodation if we want to. Also they told us that if we leave the accomodaton we can ask for a refund from Boooking, not from them because the payment had already been made when we booked the room. If we wanted two beds we would booked another hotel. After 4 days we changed the room. The rooms are big and clean. There are space in each room and everything you need. It's a family bussiness, on the ground floor they have a restaurant and the food is delicious. There is hot water for showering all the time. Location is also good, there is 7 eleven across the street, and it's 5 min from the beach and 10 minutes from Bangla Road.

I'm leaving this rating because of the bed in the room, because we booked a double bed and got two beds pushed together. That should be written when you book the room. If we didn't have that problem I would have given a rating of 9.

Street noise, but that comes with convenient location

The stay in this hotel was fantastic. The lady who cleaned my room and all the staff were very Very good Would stay here again great locwith shops and the beach all close.

The staff is friendly. There is a fridge and 2 bottles of water.

Room 205, there is only a small window in the room. On the photos in Booking, they have hidden it. You are in the south, but you don't see the sunshine. People are smoking outside, and you smell the smoke in the room even with the closed window. WiFi is very faible. The price is too high for this room.

The room was spacious, well fournished and the staff was friendly. It's located close (10min walk) to the center of patong. My room was quite as was facing the back of the building.

Certain aspects of the room may need some renovation. Room cleaning was very sporadic.

location was good, 10 mins walk to busy areas and beach. Room was clean and aircon was working well

double bed was 2 single bed so would split at night and was not confortable. These was also construction above level in the hotel so was noisy.
