too loud outside night, music from bar street all night . if you are not night person and want to sleep at early night , avoid the hotel .

It’s very loud until 02:00 in the morning because of the music from the soi 6. impossible to sleep.

The staff lacks smile... is more business like... the only time they smiled was when I was completing check out process... did not cooperate on showing the room before I checkedin...

They upgraded the room... making the stay good... I paid extra but it was worth it...Location is superb... breakfast is repetitive and lack variety... room was definitely superb and spacious.

The only problem we have had is our early room request (Which we asked for 3 months ago) has not been accepted. We arrived at the hotel after an 11-hour international flight at 09:30 AM. Our group was 5 people, they did not even give us a room to use until we got all the room at 14:00.

I like most the location and easy to go everywhere. Friendly stuff and the front bar was awesome, especially the music group at the front bar.

Loud. Most rooms are facing the party street. But this is not all night … there is just one club close going sometimes a bit longer.

There were ants in my room even after I told them several times, they could not solve it. It was extremely noisy until 3am.

The location, the size of the room, respectful personal, the view to the ocean, acceptable swimming pool. The bed was comfortable, I had a big tube in my room.

I booked a large double bed but when I got there they gave me a room with single twin beds. I wasn’t happy as I asked for a king bed

Had some traffic noise even though we were on a high floor. Only one bedside plug, electric outlets were in random locations. Wifi was ok but a little slow at times. Even though we had a hob there was no pan or pots to cook with.

Large room with a huge bathroom, his and hers sinks, a great shower which had a rain shower and regular shower you could use together. Bath had a great view of the beach and skyline. The safe opened at the top which made access very easy. Large balcony had great views. Pool area had a large pool with a nice seating area. Easy and quick check in and out. Very close to the runway market, Terminal 21 and the beach. Lots of places to eat and drink close by. Security staff were very friendly and helpful.

There were 3 buildings for the same hotel and we were in the middle one, which was not what it showed on the internet, and was not right on Beach Road.The building next to the beach was not in use. Very noisy at night.

room only with doors separated to neighbour room, so could hear the talking/noises from them easily. Shower to narrow with the door to enter and get out of it. The legs easily hit the sharp edges of the bed, as very narrow to pass. First missing chairs on the balcony, were the delivered. Could hear the music from the next Soi almost all night, so not very quiet.

room as requested with balcony and ocean view, size reasonable. Good breakfast with broad choices. Location ok.

My fault I thought I would have been closer to the beach going by the photo 300 meters away and no view of the sea , bit noisy next to soi 6 and a bit strange a road around swimming pool but I will stay there again ,but I will check next time I have a sea view my fault !

There was no king/double bed available. They told that we had to book 2 months in advance for a king bed (?!)

Internet connection is dreadful - I could not get into email accounts, etc. which was less than ideal since I run a business and have to be contacted at all times. Since there is a balcony, they could have some seating area in the balcony

We spent a couple of nights in this hotel while on an extended holiday in Thailand. Location is great, cleanliness excellent and the staff, although we had very little interraction with them, have been helpful. There is an Amazon Cafe within the hotel compounds that serve good and affordable coffee.

The Wi-Fi connection is too slow, the shampoo/body wash is inconvenient to use, the hairdryer is quite weak in power, and I’m not very fond of the showerhead design.
