Facility is now tired, run down and need of some maintenance and general upkeep. More attention to detail needed.

The hotel needs some maintenance. Some things didnt work properly. Could be much better if it had some investment to restore it. The steep hill can be tiring when youre not coming back via a taxi / tuk tuk late at night.

Staff were great and very helpful! Rooms and bathrooms are big. Good location. Once down the hill (2mins walk) everything is there. 5 mins walk to Karon and Kata beach. Lots of shops, restuarants and bars.

Had asked to schedule a shuttle/taxi to the airport the next day but was told we had to go to Kata beach to schedule. We ended up going back to front desk at a later time and Joseph was able to schedule taxi/shuttle for us. Thank you Joseph!! Did not like the steep hill to get up/to the hotel! Golf cart should be available at all times, even upon request on short notice.

Nice breakfast options, room was big and loved the bathroom/shower, nice for bed to be made daily, appreciated the hanging racks on the balcony. Friendly and helpful staff! Great location to the night markets and food!!

The building is dated and needs an upgrade. The bathrooms at the pool are quite bad, they don't clean them enough. The beds have hard mattresses, which weren't very comfortable. The pillows were hard as well.

Great location. Attentive staff and good value for money. There is a high hill to walk up but they do provide golf cars to drive you up which is a bonus.

Small plumbing issue which the staff promptly tried to fix a few times, but kept returning. But it wasn't a big deal because they kindly upgraded us to have a second connecting room, so we had two bathrooms to use!

The location of the resort was perfect - nestled in between Kata and Karon. Basically had to roll down the hill and everything was within 50m. Breakfast was great. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff kindly upgraded us - we had booked a single room, however they kindly gave us a second connecting room, which we were so grateful for, as it more comfortably accommodated the family. This made it easy for us to overlook a small plumbing issue in one of the rooms. Housekeeping was attentive and did a great job. Wish we stayed for longer - there is just so much to do in this area that we didn't even get to enjoy the lovely resort facilities (eg pools).

Great options of 3 different pools. Driveway was steep but they had a free pick up and drop of service to the bottom of the driveway.

No power sockets near bed. Staff are friendly and make an effort to please but would benefit from training.

The staff were ordinary apart from Wawa in the Mango Tree Restaurant and the drivers. The cleaning staff were mostly good except they took my breakfast cereal and sometimes forgot to top things up. The offered transport up the hill is very hit and miss. A map offered to tourists that shows all of the grounds and pathways would be very helpful. The phone didn't ring but only flashed for wake up calls.

Great location despite the steep hill! A lovely sanctuary of beautiful gardens away from noisy traffic. The Mango Tree Restaurant is quite well priced and the quality of the food is very good ( apart from iced coffees which were terrible ) Fabulous walk in shower and bath tub. Glimpses of the Andaman sea from the balcony. Tiled floors.

Location excellent between the 2 beaches of Karon and Kata. Our villa with private pool was spacious and clean. Particularly loved our pool.

lack of flexibility and collaboration of staff. Furthermore, to reach the hotel there is a steep climb and a shuttle is not always available to do it, furthermore for excursions they pick you up at the entrance down and not at the hotel due to the very uncomfortable climb

Up a very steep drive and shuttle bus only operated 50% of time. Not walkable in heat if your are over 30 or have children. Had to contually ask for bus to pick us up. Many times it was not operating. Overall place is run down and needs some investment to improve the whole estate. Breakfast quality just about average.

Good pool areas. Enough sun loungers available. Near the town.

Some days I didn’t feel like dealing with the hill, though I could be picked up by a hotel vehicle usually within 5min. My room was great, though it was near a cleaning cupboard and sometimes walking along the corridor it felt less like high class resort. Some of the staff were not quite as friendly as I’ve experienced at other resorts, but some definitely were.

Pools and pool bars are amazing. The 3 pools all offer different vibes and views. I had a sea view from my room (from the window, not balcony).

spacious room, nice design, quite convenient, have a few pools to use from next door facilities, buggy provided to go to main road (property is on a very steep hill)

it’s located on a steep hill and the walk to the hotel can be painful; the hotel is terribly understaffed and are unable to keep up with ordinary day-to-day needs. For example, we went out early in the morning and returned at about 4.00 pm. yet the rooms were not cleaned. we called the reception and were informed that the cleaning staff have yo-yo 5.00 pm to make the cleaning rounds. the kettle provided to us was dirty. we made 4 different requests to have a clean kettle. But, we never got a clean kettle.

Staff was super friendly, very welcoming🙏🏼 they let us leave our baggage for a night when we were moving to another place! the location was comfortable too, close to all the little stores like 7/11, restaurants and bars. there is shuttle that takes you from the hotel to down the street so you don’t have to walk cuz the road to a hotel is kinda steep

It’s a steep climb up to walk to the property, however they do offer a shuttle service to the beach.

We had a lovely large room with both a bath and shower. Pool was great.
