Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The bathroom smelt strongly of sewage and you cannot shower without flip flops on as the floor was cracked and sharp.
The bedroom was clean and comfortable room. The location was great - a short walk to the main walking street, very close to shops and places to eat, and it was quiet during the night. The pool is lovely and clean, however it was freezing.

The bathroom could do with a wee bit of TLC & the breakfast could be better!
Spacious & clean rooms! The bathroom could do with a wee bit of TLC however still a very good hotel, also provides motorbike rental which is a bonus

We stayed for one night to rest on our trip. Our room was at street level and a group of Chinese people sat at the height of our balcony talking in a very loud tone and we could not open our curtains for privacy. In the room next door they were talking in a very loud tone since 5:00 am, poor soundproofing. At the breakfast buffet the group of Chinese people was so large that there was no free table to have breakfast and I had to wait standing up.

The pool has the most uncomfortable sun beds, it's impossible to lie on your back. The wifi is not as good as I was hoping for. OK for simple tasks but too slow if you need to upload and download heavier files.
Nice, clean hotel close to the main street of Pai.

Not enough Sun loungers at pool( only 4) for the amount of guests. Good selection of hot food at breakfast ie scrambled eggs etc but were cold every morning. Not great sound proofing as we could hear next door talking..

There was opportunity to rent a moped from the hotel, however, we were turned down multiple times by the gentleman in charge of them.
We had a nice room with a good bathroom. We had access to the pool. We had somewhere to park our moped when renting one. It was a 15 minute walk to the centre of pai. Very quiet at night.

Friendly staff especially the young man . We accidentally left our wallet at the property and they Wer very honest and gave it back. The room seemed very clean and was very big . Got a nice balcony with it Overall pleasant stay

The location is a bit far from the walking street - not bad but important to know. The water pressure in the shower was a bit too low. I did have hot water but a weakish stream - you can have an ok shower with this.
The hotel is a bit more expensive then others in the area yet is a good value for the price. The room is big and nice and the bed comfy. The bathroom basic but clean. The breakfast basic but good. The location is a bit quieter because it is further from the walking street.

Room is spacious. Hotel has on-site parking which is convenient if you're driving around Pai. Noticed they also rented out scooters and motorbikes. Breakfast is simple, but the congee was satisfying. The hotel is a couple blocks from Pai Walking Street. The walk is not bad in the evenings when it's cooler.

The pool area was very noisy all the time with big groups of people drinking and being very loud at the swimming pool. So if you are looking for a relaxing stay, this might not be the best choice of accommodation. The room could have been cleaner, found quite a lot of stains on the bedsheets etc.
The room was spacious and the breakfast was good enough. Location was perfect to explore Pai.
