The toilet occasionally got stuck, and the terraces were quite close to each other, so at times I could smell cigarette smoke and hear some noise outside my door. However, these were only minor inconveniences compared to the overall experience.

I really loved this place. I had seen great reviews before booking, but everything went far beyond my expectations! It was spotless, peaceful, comfortable, self-service laundry available and the staff were absolutely lovely.

on a not serious note: they had no cats on the premises

super friendly staff: not only daily cleaning, but the beds were fully made every single day. had to basically beg them to only change towels every few days. the family bungalow we stayed in had an amazing layout: each room had its own bathroom, fridge, and even separate entrance door, although they were still connected. cannot speak for other bungalows tho. both ACs worked well, reasonable silent, and no bad smell. pool was decent, and - compared to other small bungalows nearby - had a few trees around that gave a nice shade! hint: ask someone (guest of staff) to show you the "secret shortcut" which brings directly brings you to fitness street, without having to walk the long way around.

We enjoyed all the things, but especially the outside balcony area. The atmosphere was just serene, and with lots of nature sounds like cicadas and frogs which we really enjoyed. The staff was helpful when we wanted to do laundry they helped us. Would definitely recommend and come back. Cheers

Loved it here, only stayed for one night and wish I could have stayed longer! Lovely room, lovely staff, nice pool and they provide pool towels. Also provide coffee and water. However would be great if they also provided a hair dryer! Great location. Super close to the good gyms and healthy places to eat.

Excellent place if you have car or bike. It's really 10-30 min drive to all must visit places in Phuket. Nearby lots of restaurants to all sorts of taste and wallet included halal. In walking distance big shopping centre, some pharmacies and food shops. Lovely owners that live nearby. Any problems will be sorted straight away. Cleaning was everyday. Fresh bottled water as well. You can use swimming pool at any time. This was big plus for days when we wanted to cool down from evening trip or early in the morning! Good for this price. .

It may be cramped for two people, the houses are not new, there is a lot of dust on the upper surfaces, and some equipment is worn out, such as a chair with a cracked seat or a glass ceiling in the bathroom that drips during the rain, but these are just small things that do not interfere with comfortable living.

Friendly owners and staff, daily cleaning, lots of outdoor seating, comfortable pillows and bed. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there myself if I ever go to Chalong again.
