The only thing i don't like is the traffic noise from the main road. Since your hotel is right next to the main road I can hear everything from my bedroom.

I like the style and the design of your hotel. Very clean and comfortable. The bed is nice and relaxing. I would stay again. The front desk customer service was super helpful and accommodated to our needs.

Songs of Japanese restaurant at The 4th Floor was too loud even the door was closed After the restaurant was closed, when clearing and closing, staffs are very noisy

Room did not have a window and it is inconvenient to walk along the street because there is no sidewalk. It is pretty far from the center.

Situated on a very busy road so great care needed when walking to the night market. Pedestrian bridge over road is available just up from hotel.

Nice room and very comfy bed, great shower. We had a quiet room at the back away from road noise . Right across the road from Lomprayah Phuket office so convenient for transfers etc. 10mins walk from Naka night market and 5 mins walk to Phuket Central shopping mall. Good for a couple of nights.

We got placed in a room very close to the road so it was loud at night, the location is alright but not close to anything in particular

I had no complaints. Yes there is traffic, but I fell asleep easily and wanted to be close to the bus stop, so you get that. Yes the shower takes a while to drain, however they have signs explaining why and it’s not an issue.

The staff were lovely and helped me arrange a taxi from the airport to the hotel. The rooms were big, modern, comfortable and stylish. Perfect location to catch the bus to the islands the next day!

Actually not much. The lobby is not air conditioned for some strange reason.

The rooms are comparable to that of a 4-star property in my opinion! Well furnished with water heaters, tea and coffee provided. There’s also a open closet in my room with fantastic decor. This is the place to stay at in Central Phuket!

No footpaths on the roads so if you want to walk anywhere you have to be careful

Nice plan of room with attached patio. Good AC in both rooms, big terrace. Nice kids pool by the main deep pool. And very comfortable kids playroom - safe and well done.
