Food and drink at the resort was expensive but this didn’t matter as there’s plenty more option around. The gym is pretty much non functional & the whole place could’ve been a little cleaner but this didn’t affect our experience.

Amazing view from the room, spacious room with a big bed. Amazing location right next to the pier and 5 mins walk from the main area. Many food and drink options close by. The pool area is stunning with a huge pool, tons of room for many people and lots of sunbeds so you don’t have to fight. Breakfast was good, I wouldn’t pay the hotel price for it but it was good to have it included.

There were a lot of mosquitoes in our room which was concerning. Bathrooms a bit outdated with broken tiles, towel holders and old silicon making them feel a bit dirty

WiFi on & off.. And the common area are full of cocroaches in the evening. However, the pool is superb and clean. Pool area is always clean, quite & secured, the food is very good with lots of choices. And I've never had such a beautiful view in my entire life..!!

Dated decor, room smelled like urine. Aired it out and it came right. I think it had been sitting unused for a while.

Pool area was amazing. Beautiful beachfront view. This would have been a beautiful resort back in it's day. Bed was comfortable.

The keycard system. When you take the key you have no power in the room, which means no fridge running. This was a problem for us, having milk, drink & snack foods needing refrigeration. The bathrooms are in need of upgrading, especially the shower heads- very little power. A clothes drying rack would also be really useful to have to dry wet clothes on the balcony area.

The location is extremely central, but far away from noise of shops & restaurants/ just a short walk to everything in either direction. The view from triple room is incredible! Pool is lovely & staff all welcoming & helpful. We even had a lovely man from staff take our luggage then personally take to the best value boat transfer desk (there are many & we had already checked many prices).

The bed was rock hard and we only got 1 pillow each thus not very comfy at all sorry. The wifi was a huge dissapointment as well. Perhaps shoosh up your pool bar service. Also, some bug spray will be nice in the room as we were not aware that there are so many bugs at Phi Phi. With breakfast, as you lift the bread to cut it the little bugs scatter around 😄

Our bed was very hard and I struggled to sleep and the noise from nearby loud music playing at night.

Staff were friendly especially at check in. Breakfast was varied and presented nicely. The view was spectacular and location to pier was great.
