From the street-level, it looks like a very unassuming resort / hotel, but once you get inside - the rooms are spectacular. Spacious, modern, and a great patio with a private relaxation pool. The breakfast is really good value for money - I can't recommend it enough! Helpful and polite staff - who will provide you with a shuttle service if you want to go to the beach, or a particular restaurant on the island. It's also right next door to a very nice bar (กลมกล่อม) which has live music and a rich amount of Thai patrons which is very nice - especially if you can speak some Thai. I definitely recommend staying here.

Room for Improvement While the accommodation itself is comfortable, the welcome on arrival felt rather transactional and lacked warmth. The in-room safe is small, poorly designed, and not fixed—rendering it largely ineffective. Security at the rear of the property is minimal; while the chance of someone scaling the bamboo fence is low, the back doors aren’t particularly secure. The veranda is compact, with limited space for sunbathing, and the seating is basic. The current view overlooks reception and a construction site, with only a distant glimpse of the sea. Overall, it’s a functional and decent option for a short stay, but some improvements in hospitality, security, and outdoor space would enhance the experience.

A Functional and Stylish Stay We had a pleasant stay in this boutique-style room with charming retro touches. The standout features included a massive comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom, and a private plunge pool that added a touch of luxury. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room cool and comfortable. The hotel also offered affordable bike rentals, which made getting around easy. Located about 1km from the harbour, it’s a convenient base for exploring Koh Larn. One memorable highlight was the floating breakfast served in our private pool, beautifully presented with fresh fruit, pastries, soup, and a variety of drinks. It was a unique and enjoyable touch that added a bit of indulgence to the stay. Overall, the property is well presented and functional, offering great value for a relaxing getaway

The whole setup was perfect, the view was natural and easy to fall in love with. Oh yeah, there is a real Marshall speaker in the room, amazing!

Great staff . Brilliant local bar 10 mtr away if you looking for peace a quiet not good bar on till 1am then tractors start at 7am ish . Overall, nice place .

Nothing much to complain about, except the power was off for 1 or 2 minutes few times at late night. We didn't really mind that.

Room is clean, beautiful, breakfast is included and it was amazing everyday. We rent the bike for 300 baht per day to ride around Koh Larn since there is no Grab here. The hotel will also pick you up when you arrive at the pier, just give them a call upon arrival.

The surrounding areas weren't the best. Views could be so much better with a little thought on placement of pods. @ £135 per night, not excessive but value for money a bit stretched. Koh Larn is only a 2 day island, a break from Pattaya, the beaches are rammed, best beach is Nula

The pod is good, nice size, well equipped with amenities. Good size, private dip pool was nice. Air con struggled during the day as black large roof, very high apex ceiling, I did like the rocking chair touch. Could put a mezzanine in this.

The ac takes little while to get cold due to the sun facing the villa.

View from bottom two villas could be better for this price range (villa2). A really noisy bar near that played live music until mid-night at least on the weekend.

Nice details in the room like shower area with lots of glass details, bed was perfect and big, private pool, private tub, Marshal bt-speaker, Netflix with ready sign-in. Scooter rental at the villa. Very helpful staff that did all they could for our needs and exceeded our expectations.
