The only thing that’s nice about this hotel is the garden

It’s dirty, run down and the staff are rude and clearly don’t care. Do not stay at this hotel. Lots of mozzies because of stagnant water around.

It was such a beautiful oasis of nature and peacefulness. We loved lying by the pool and swimming, watching the butterflies fly through. The birdsong too was wonderful. The breakfasts were fantastic for choice and quality. Our beds were so comfortable and our room led straight out to the pool which was gorgeous. I'd stay there again very happily!

It's not the most pleasant walk into Chaing Mai as on large roads but so easy to get a taxi or Grab bike into town it didn't really matter.

The staff was always very kind and it was cool to have a room with direct pool access.

The room was not so clean and the furniture was old and a bit destroyed. The lights buttons were not working properly and there were many mosquitos in the room probably from past guest not closing the pool door properly.

It was very relaxed. Quiet part of town.

Just a bit too far from the old town area. Not much around the hotel.

At the end of a busy and full day exploring Chiang Mai, this was a great place to unwind at. We had breakfast each day, utilised the pool bar, cafe, restaurant, laundry and day spa services during our stay, and all were fantastic. The staff assisted and recommended various tours to go on, and assisted with getting taxi's and to the airport. All staff were very friendly, and more than accommodating with my dietary requirements (I'm a coeliac), suggesting options and menu items that were naturally gluten free, or could be made gluten free for me.

Not that it was an issue for us, but if you are after a place that has a kids club or someone else to entertain your children, this is not it. It truly is a place to unwind at, away from the inner city. If I had to be picky, the main suggestion I would have is extra courtesy bus trips into town. You are a little bit outside of the main area of Chiang Mai, so you are reliant on other forms of transport.

It was not a nice hotel. Dark, location on an industrial estate and next to a convention centre that played music every night up to 3am. The room had a layer on dirt on the floor. It wasn't cleaned to a high standard. I Wouldn't recommend

Only 10 minutes by taxi or Bolt to the old town. It is a paradise of green gardens, big rooms, big bathroom and a beautiful swimming pool. The atmosphere is very authentic. It was a very relaxing place after the busy town or an active day in the beautiful mountains around Chiang Mai. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. A special thanks to the travel agent miss Phon at the reception who arranged transport and tickets for two days of activities in the surrounding nature. The driver Natee was very friendly and a safe driver and we enjoyed his company. Both took really good care of us.

    Everything was perfect.

The hotel has a wonderful feel about it. The pool is beautiful. Highlight of the hotel is the staff. (Especially Mich)

The owners of the hotel are letting the staff down but not investing in the rooms and buildings. The rooms are very old. The beds were very hard! The team at reception did ask housekeeping to put a layer of extra blankets on for us. The hard beds and very dusty mosquito net didn't allow for a very good nights sleep. The room walls are also very thin so you can hear your neighbour's This hotel is a special place that has so much potential. But needs some urgent investment
