There were parts of the room that looked like it needed some upkeep but overall the room was nice.

It was great value for money. The massage was exceptional and well priced, and staff all very friendly and helpful. We booked it because we landed late at night and needed somewhere easy to get to from the airport so this was perfect being less than 10 mins away from the airport. The room was Huge! We didnt manage to swim because it was raining a lot but the pools looked nice. The central garden is very nice and has a resort feel. For the price we paid we were very pleasantly surprised.

Initially booked 1 night here, because it's close to the airport, but ended up staying here for a week, because hotel was so great! Nice staff, amazing pools, rom with a bathtub, everything worked, was clean and neat.

I would have rated higher but the service is slow particularly at check out - we just about made bag drop at the airport. Be aware that they will do a room check which takes at least 10 minutes. We ordered the floating love afternoon tea. Whilst it looked great, quality of food was mediocre. One of the doughnuts was hard, dry and inedible. We had booked 3 beds in a 2 bedroom suite but had to ask for bedding for the sofa bed. The second toilet and shower had curtains but no doors which was a little strange, and it smelt funny.

Lovely hotel and friendly/polite staff. Great location for the airport. They allow you to borrow their bikes for 2 hours for free to ride to the local beach was great. We were only there for one night.

Everything! I purposely booked it on the last night, since it close to the airport, so that we didn’t have to travel too far from Karon. Good move indeed. We could enjoy the facilities in the morning before getting ready to catch our flight back to Kuala Lumpur. Rooms and hotel were clean, staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast was good and the hotel is so green and beautiful. My children enjoyed the bicycle rides too.

Stayed here for 2 nights because of proximity to airport. Was pleasantly surprised by the hotel facilities, lots of plants and a nice pool! The room was good too, very spacious and comfortable.

The hotel should provide a free shuttle to the airport. Their prices for the airport shuttle was more than double of a normal taxi. They wanted 280B each for airport transfer. Normal taxi was 200B for both people, less than half price to use local taxi.

The airport transfer service was supposed to book and pay in advance before your arrival otherwise you have to go grab airport taxi for more extra fee. There’s a deposit per night upon arrival at hotel

Breakfast is a little average. Nothing really changes, so if you have a long stay, you could get bored with the breakfast. It does have a good variety, i.e. something for everyone, such as a chicken stirfry, rice, congee, eggs, ham and sausage, fruit salad, yoghurt and cereal. But it is pretty much the same every day.

We were upgraded to a deluxe double room. Large bedroom with sitting area and balcony. There is a bathroom with a bathtub, his and hers basins, a shower, a toilet and a dressing room. Great location near the airport and Nai Yang Beach. It is also next to the local night markets.

The staff could have been more engaging they didn’t seem happy which is a shame as it makes the difference to guests experience.

Location was good perfect for what we needed. Hotel is very nice, our room was sufficient for what we wanted. The pool was lovely. The breakfast was good plenty of choice for all tastes.
