Kids club is just ok but there is Sony Play Station in the family room which keeps them happy.

Villa with pool was so amazing and beautiful. Staff was so kind and in help 24hrs and room service was in time, But please keep in mind that phuket is like a forest you might see bugs such lizards (geckos) or mosquitoes so don’t be shocked, you can let the crew to spray out the room before you come. Special thanks to Syn for her kindness, help and efforts. Breakfast was nice.

I would expext the reception staff to orient me about the major facilities like breakfast location without me asking about this.

The resort is large and has a wonderful swimming pool. Access to the rooms is easy. We requested two connecting rooms and the request was provided. I recommend it to families. The breakfast is more than wonderful. The resort is connected to the sea for those who want to swim.

We loved the breakfast, very good quality and lots of choices. Vero Restaurant is excellent for dinner. Infinite pool overlooking beach is fantastic. Room was very good, with terrace and sea views, ample bathroom, comfortable bed.

The place is absolutely beautiful and the staff is so friendly and helpful. We booked the Pullman after having a bad experience in another hotel. Ling was awesome and made sure our last days in Phuket were perfect. We will definitely be coming back.

The hotel is spread out with some up and downhill to get from the rooms to the main part of the hotel - we walked it often as waiting at the lobby for a buggy was a bit chaotic at times. Getting down to the beach is a bit of a mission, the steps are steep and uneven/slippery in places (the large round rocks just before the bridge are very slippery and quite dangerous) - it would be good if the hotel could spend a bit of money on making this safer for guests. But overall would still definitely recommend.

We loved our time in this hotel! Our 5 year old had a great time in the pools (note there no shade for the kids pool, it gets roasting) and the kids club is really an excellent amenity that makes me want to come back. The buffet breakfast is excellent, so many choices and the staff are buzzing around for coffee refills and clearing plates. There are plenty of places to enjoy a sunset drink. The room was also very comfortable and it was a bonus to be able to connect the large new TV to my Netflix account!

Good to note that the property is very hilly and it's best to move around by buggy. There are lots of mosquitoes so bring repellent spray and patches.

Breakfast had a great variety and a lovely fresh juice bar which was awesome. Rooms were clean and spacious. Both pools were nice, and the staff had kindly put us near the kids club for the kids to go there easily.

Fantatsic experience. Staff were attentative and accommodated a few requests we had immediately. Food was great. Adults only pool was brilliant. Pullman wad right on the beach, and close to other restaurants. Absolutely loved it.

The dinner service at night was poor in the downstairs restaurant. Had to ask after at least 10/15 mins if we could even order some drinks Staff were busy setting up for breakfast the next morning ..instead of delivering better dinner service Not what you expect for a 5 star place with 5 star prices !! But the other bars we ate in were all good Also the mini bar prices were very costly ..110 baht just for a small soda !!

Really have nothing to add here because having stayed in many of the top 5 star hotels in Phuket, this is my favourite one and therefore my second visit.

15 minutes drive from the airport, giving you more time to enjoy your vacation. Stunning, clean, modern and spacious with top service. The general manager has instilled family spirit - staff are so incredibly kind and helpful. Despite being a 5 star they charge very reasonable prices for food and drink. Their New Mexican bar is fantastic and I love that it’s by the adult only pool.

Not something i don't like but people need to bear in mind it is not close to Patong beach or city center, and that's how it is suitable for a very comfortable and quiet stay

It is very hard to find what we didn’t like) I would say that Moet logo in the bar is weird and should disappear. I did not like dinners in the hotel restaurants especially comparing to breakfasts.

It is really amazing place to switch off from you routine. The hotel have amazing viewpoint infinity pool . The beach is very close literally downstairs from the hotel. Room are located on very cozy building and it makes you life very private. The staff and management are literally invisible but you get any service you want. Breakfast are really amazing.
