the room looks much fancier in the pictures than it is. everything is a little run down and sad looking. no mosquito net but good aircon.

the location was ok, out of the way and isolated. we only stayed one night as were only passing through. staff were friendly and helpful.

The resort is called "hotel and restaurant", but there was no kitchen except for frying eggs for breakfast. So they had an overpriced menu from a restaurant far from the hotel and we had to wait for our order at least 1h for it to be cooked and delivered. There were no shops around, no ATM machines, no banks to exchange money. Luckily, the guy from there drove us in a city (almost 1h away) to get money and buy some stuff. The facilities were run down, sheets while clean, were dirty with old mold and tears.

The resort was calm, the staff very friendly and they helped us with everything we needed. Nice location with sunset in the sea. Staff arranged a boat to visit the 4 islands and the taxi to go to the airport.

Make no delusion this hotel is off the Beaten Track. It struck me as that we came in the offseason the hotel was generally run down or less maintained then the photos appeared. The South was helpful and friendly but the facilities did not meet the billing.

The room was spacious and the breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and attentive and also did arrangements for transportation which was a requirement as grab did not work.

Wi-fi was not good, the restaurant missed about 60% of the menu, the bed was not very comfy, the beach was dirty.

A very spacious villa with a shower and a bathtub. The staff is kind and nice. The hotel is located on the beachfront. Sunrises and sunsets were awesome.

Advertisingthis is a remote the location and rate 2 star. It is not a resort. The dining room, bar, etc was not clean. The breakfast menu, etc not presentable. The beach furniture falling apart and the pool green. We have requested a refund for 2 nights. We stayed 1 night as there was no transport.

We asked for a refund on arrival. The photos on booking.com are not recent.

Location- it is remote and far from everything: transport, activities, eateries. Small winding road through plantations. Property- property is beachfront. The beach is long and wide but littered everywhere. Property is old and not maintained well. I'm sure it had seen better days. Room- first we had to switch rooms because of foul smell. Then the next room had a faulty aircon then we had to switch back to the first room, which showed they did not clean it prior to our arrival. There were critters in the ceiling making noises at night so we did not sleep well. Toilet had a broken seat on the WC! Shower had funky smelling water for the first 10 mins of running, shows it had not been used for quite sometime. Bathtub isn't usable. Hospitality- don't expect the typical amazing Thai hospitality here, if you're not European and its like. Breakfast is made to order and VERY slow, so make sure you order early if you have plans for the day.

It's situated in the more modest part of Thailand. Halal food. Quiet place. When we arrived there was a local boat racing festival going on, which is a different experience for the kids. Amazing sunset. Free kayaking. Honest staff.

If it wasn't for this great staff this hotel would have gone out of business a long time ago, I don't understand how this hotel is listed as 4 stars, maybe it's 2 stars. maybe a long time ago it was a 4 star hotel. it is obvious that the owners put no capital into fixing and making it beautiful.

The staff and the food they cooked were absolutely exemplary. that's the only good thing to say about this hotel

The resort was shut. No restaurants no people and they keep accepting booking. They have no facilities during off season and call them a 4 star resort on Booking. Please do not visit this place. We left in 2 hrs of check in.

The buildings haven't been maintained well, which was probably due to Covid the past few years. If you can look past the mouldy and paint-peeling outside walls to the large, clean rooms you will enjoy your stay. The menu was short and did not include any western food other than breakfast. However, the Thai food was good and they cooked it without an overdose of chilis, so we were able to eat it without problem. The servings were plentiful and looked appetizing. It didn't bother us, but there are no sights to see or other restaurants/shopping nearby. Party people might not enjoy it so much here, but those of us who just want quiet and the beach will love it!

Great staff, ready to meet any need to make our stay enjoyable. It was quiet and peaceful and the beach was beautiful. No crowds. We had the beach to ourselves. Great for older folks like us and I think it would be wonderful for families with children. The free breakfast was made to order and was always well-cooked and attractively served. Special orders to make mine diabetes friendly gave them no problem -- and they remembered my needs the entire week without my making repeated requests.
