Staffs need to be more friendly

Bed. Was way too firm for my liking. On the first night sleeping on the floor was an equal proposition but we acclimatised over the two weeks.

Pool is their best asset. Staff very friendly and efficient. Breakfast provided was not buffet as advertised but was sufficient.

I stayed in a pool access room, but the area outside the room is in continuous shade, no sun at all, and when it rains the water pools in the area, so pool access sounds great but in reality not as envisaged. The room could also use some extra pug sockets, however 7/11 across the road sells a plug in extension with 3 sockets, solved

The location was great, two minute walk to the beach, a few small bars very close, but not to close to cause noise. 7/11 directly across the road. Big room, nice bathroom, nice staff

The room needed to be cleaned a touch better, just little things like dusting on top of the fan, there was mm’s think of dust, mirrors etc. but asides from that it was a comfortable pleasant stay for the price :)

as above and the beds were rock hard !! way too hard !!! I asked house keeping for a topper and they put a blanket / doona on but it was still like sleeping on the floor ! The pool looks much bigger in photos so people swim right next to your pool access from room . breakfast was 2/10 not very good at all .

good location , but would be better if you could access the back road from what looks like used to be shops but is now all rubbish and padlocked so you have to walk along the side of road and did not feel safe

Tv was not upto the mark, given the room prices. Also tv did not have netflix. Staff did not help to get some important stuff from nearby 7/11

On arrival we found it hard to locate the reception area, Hotel requires general maintenance in and around the pool area as tiles to the adjoining wall had fallen off and left sitting on the steps into the pool. Our receptionist on arrival was super friendly, however the relief reception for the afternoon evening shift was not.

The pool access room is a must, the room was spacious with a great view of the pool, breakfast was excellent with a variety of options. Cleaning staff did an excellent job with the cleaning of the room daily. Hotel was close money changer, 7eleven, the food market which is value for money and DA No 1 restaurant a must try the food is excellent. Ideal location

The bed was as hard as a wooden plank, seriously no bounce what so ever, it was a large bed, so a very spacious wooden plank at least. Noise from the road when oit on balcony which is obvious, but from the pool side it was quiet, and with the patio doors shut it was no issue at all. There are not many loungers by the pool so I could imagine in high season this would become a fight for territory. There are pool access rooms right around the pool with their own beds on, so I am assuming the hotel expect them clients to use them. The breakfast was an odd one, there where some English items, and a nice little egg menu to select which type of egg you want. There was nice fruit yogurt and Cereal with selection on bread and pastries too. The hot options on the first morning I stayed was beans, bacon, chicken sausage (questionable) and also spare ribs, chicken in creamy sauce, Mediterranean veg, and a beef type stew. I thought this was so random but feel they where making efforts to find something for everyone. The second day, the options where spring rolls, a potato bake, some sort of pork, and the aforementioned continental options. There's coffee machine with plenty of options and a decent selection of juice too. For the money paid I feel it was good value for money. If it wasn't for the rock hard beds I would stay here again.

The room I had was 4010 on the 4th floor, this overlooked the road at the back, however not a bad thing as it also had the mountain and found this is where the sun rises. It is a little loud when sat on the balcony, but hey, it's Thailand, a country I feel never sleeps. The room was lovely and had a large bath perfect for 2, as well as a big double shower. The bed was big, the room was clean, complimentary bathrobes provided too as well as free water coffee etc. They provide towels for the sunbeds at the pool bar and reception and if they don't have any, they are OK with using the room ones.

The wifi service was not the best, as lovely as the staff were tge English barrier was a little frustrating. Highly recommend if you get a pool access room hopefully it’s not near the door, it slams & does gives you a fright when not expected.

Breakfast was generally cold, even hot food. Male chef refused to let us have breakfast 10 mins early when in a rush for a tour, even tho it was all ready.

When going out of the hotel, the pavement was very narrow or none at all, worried about the cars/bikes behind you. Cross over to 7/11 was a nightmare. Not sure about the WiFi.

Lovely hotel near the beach and eating places. We had a nice room overlooking the swimming pool.

Close to everything, staff were amazing very helpful even got us a topper for the bed as it was a tad hard.
