Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomI will start with the criticism first - just two: 1) Bed is too tough, unless of course you like a firm bed. I couldn't sleep the first night because of this and asked next morning to change my room. Instead of that, they went a got a brand 'new' second mattress to put on top of the hard one. I was happy with this solution. 2) The country is so hot 34 -38 degrees during my stay, there was not a mini-fridge in my room. I'm not sure if this was true of all the rooms but but with such heat one does need lots of liquid to cool down. Of course I enjoyed drinking beer but you cannot drink beer all the time. I had a strong supply of bottled water but nowhere to keep it cool. :-( So I was actually drinking 'warm' bottle water for the duration of my visit.
I loved the location, it is right in the 'thick of things' right in the centre of Bangkok. Lots of activity. Buzzing with people. And exceptionally safe. Friendly people, Welcoming. Always sharing a happy simle. Rambuttri Village Plaza - SHA Extra Plus is a very well run business with hardworking, dedicated, staff - from the reception to the cleaners. Everyone does their part to make the entire enterprise a success story. Now my two loves of Rambuttri is the room swimming pool and the amazing breakfast. Swimming for about 45 minutes (with breaks) was how started each of my 12 mornings at Rambuttri and it was totally reviving. But I have to tell you about the breakfast; or should I say 'dinner!' Look, I've stayed a many hotels - from an amazing 4-star in Shanghai and a wonderful 3-star Sydney, to hotels in half of EU countrys, Greece, Turkey, USA - and bar none - I rate as NUMBER-1 the breakfast received at Rambuttri Village Plaza - SHA Extra Plus !! There was a selection of fruits, salad, fried, scrambled and omlette eggs, almost crispy bacon, chicken sauage, ham slices, spinnach with 'roasted' cheese topping, pancake, perfect small cutlets of roast potatoes, large baked beans (not the small ones we get in the UK, but tastes the same), succulent nicely seasoned chicken breast slices, spicy chicken, a delicious fine mixed noodles (very tasty), and equally delicous mixed rice. There is nice selection of bread, bread rolls, and all butter croissants. Liquid-wise: coffee, tea, and cold orange, pineapple, fruit punch juices - and water of course - all chilled. Friends, I can tell you going to Rambuttri Village Plaza - SHA Extra Plus just for the breakfast alone is more than worth it!!! Compared to all the breakfast's I've had in other countries/hotels, I simply had to go and find who the chef his and contratulate in him person and told him that his amazing breakfast is - THE BEST!

PolandAll is quite old fashioned, air-conditioning super loud, this could be really changed actually. The walls not thick and windows not tight so all noices bearable.
The rooms and the hotel itself is very simple, more like low budget travel with a good standard. Breakfast us very various with many different things to choose, to enjoy on the nice little courtyard with water pond. It is really nice. The location is brilliant, just in the heart of Bangkok. The pool on the roof is a nice element too, to refresh after long walks. I can totally recommend to those, who are not searching g for a luxury but still care of having a good conditions.

United KingdomRoom size.
The location in Rambuttri Village is brilliant. It is such a great area with bars/restaurants, markets and street food and bars. A great atmosphere. And Khao San Road is just minute walk away. The room was clean, not very big, but that was OK. I particularly choose this hotel for the rooftop pool too, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.
