Smelled like mold and mildew. Location too far out and up a steep hill. Damp room. hard on the lungs because I have asthma. The food wasn't great. Huge roaches in the room.

Comfortable bed. Big room. Kitchen. Nice bathroom with hot water. Nice view and balcony. Good wifi for working. Great staff. Nice pool area.

Location is not convenient if you don’t have a scooter, as you need to go up to hill ( still possible, but not convenient). Far from main streets and Patong beach

Overall property was clean, rooms spacious, absolutely great person on service desk, not too many people were in a hotel during our stay in July.

- Location is perfect. Close to everything, but just far enough away to not be surrounded by the noise and chaos. Location is the border of town with the jungle. Great restaurants, ATMs, laundry etc all within walking distance. - Motorbike rental from the hotel is a great price for quality bikes with no haggling involved. - The pool is 👌 - The hotel is very clean and peaceful with very helpful and friendly staff

I had a very pleasant stay in Ratana Hill Patong. The hotel is 10-20 mins away on a motorbike from all the happening places in Patong while also being located in a calm and peaceful area. The hotel staff is excellent and friendly. They also prepared delicious Thai food for breakfast and excellent cocktails. The owner Franck is ever so available and helpful and just a fun guy to speak with. My room was well maintained and clean. Overall, excellent stay. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Phuket.

Being a bit further from the centre might not suit everyone but I preferred being in a quieter area.

The hotel is situated in Patong (vibrant area of Phuket) but is tucked away in a quiet location up a mountain. It was a perfect quiet retreat for me but I was also able to get to the centre of Patong within 30 mins for some nightlife. Franck the owner and his staff go above and beyond to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.

We got two separate mattrasses. We asked for house keeping service on the 3rd day and amenities were not provided. There are no tissues only toilet papers so get the tissues with you.

Location is good, far from noise of Bangla road. Stayed 4 nights and had no issues. Internet is very good. Room is spacious. The balcony id amazing. 7 to 10 minutes downhill walk to 7/11 massage centres and laundries. Water is provided whenever asked for.
