I felt safe even if it is a budget hotel. The receptionist was nice and the cleaning lady was nice, and even if the area was in a soi it felt safe, i think the neighbours know the owner of the hotel personally. It also seems like its a family owned establishment

Everything was great, you cant expect a ton of ammenities for this price point, nothing to complain about.

The area is difficult to get around, but that's not at the fault of the hotel.

Decent location and easy arrival, but we have to call to get the staff there when we checked in. Check-out was simple and straightforward.

The shower in the bathroom sent all the water onto the bathroom floor, so that we had to wear outdoor shoes when we went to the toilet.

The most startling first impression was how clean the place is from the reception area (even the office) through the lift/elevator, the corridors and stairs, and the room itself was spotless. It was amazing. Considering it is only about 300m down a soi from Route 1 north of Bangkok, it was very, very quiet. The receptionist was polite, professional, and efficient. Check-in was very good. It was quite obvious foreigners aren't that common but the process of scanning my passport for the RTP Immigration was done quickly. Also, there is a menu at reception for what seems to be a local restaurant for delivery. I chose to buy a couple of skewers from a food cart outside the little mum and dad shop next door. It was all very, very good.

I'm pushing to find something and all I can come up with is there wasn't a power outlet near the bed and the mattress was a bit too firm for my spinal injury. Yep. That's it. That's being really picky, though. I'd stay there again if (when) my flight is delayed coming home.

The hotel has good rooms with nice and comfortable beds along the with clean toilets. The staff is polite and ready to help you in every way possible. The location is close to Don Mueang Airport (around 20 minutes by cab). Though it’s located outside Bangkok city, it isn't much of an issue, especially since you can take easily take buses and tuk-tuks to the city center at very cheap costs.

They have a 100 Baht late check-in penalty, which doesn't make sense (especially if you are late due to a late-night flight) since you have already paid them the stay cost, and they should not be levying a penalty.
