Bed and pillows were terrible

All the staff were great. Our housekeeper was such a beautiful lady. The pool was good, enough lounges although the water was like hot soup by the afternoon.

While the pool area is lovely if hotel at capacity would be too small. Beds are hard Maintenance work meant shower water was brown for one night. It did clear.

Pool area is lovely and the foyer is grand. We were upgraded to a room with wrap around balcony which was lovely.

The beds were quite hard. We had 3 rooms and all of them were the same. We stayed for 3 nights, but if the beds were softer and more comfortable I would def. consider returning and staying for longer. Other guests we met were saying the same so I know its not just our personal preference. Some of the rooms could do with updating as quite dated. Strange smell in reception....

Fantastic staff. Special shout out to Chard who served us by the pool each day. Such wonderful service. Pool area was beautiful. Lots of bed choices. Hotel in fantastic location and easy to walk to Bangla Road, Patong Stadium and Beach too, and there is also a shuttle running every hour to the beach between 9am and 4pm.

The exterior of the hotel is very old. I had two massage sessions in the hotel, paid online, however there were technical glitches, and the staffs still asked me to pay for the massage. It took them a while to figure out that I already paid online even though I showed them the invoice. Overall they are doing great, maybe need to update the computer system.

Amazing selections for buffet breakfast, my parents love it a lot! Friendly and helpful staffs. They were able to get me a connecting room for me and my parents, that's really great! Very nice pool and pool chairs. Spotless rooms! Really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Good location as well, very near to convenience shop, pharmacy and shopping centre.

The pool seemed a bit cloudy - not something I felt comfortable putting my head under in.

Room was spacious, the water pressure glorious, a/c kept the room cool and everything was kept clean and tidy throughout the stay. Bangla Road was a short walk away, with lots of delicious restaurants along the way.

Pool towel cut off policy wasn’t explained to us at check in but staff agreed after much persuasion to provide us with a pool towel - just a minor detail

the high prices for everything, go outside for everything its a couple min walk to anything arround. noise every evening because of the ladyboy show/bar below(we where on the 22de floor) but it was like we where outside almost next to it and lasted untill late night starts at about 22:00 and ends about 3:00.

breakfast was buffet style, it was decent, but nothing special. i would eat outside the hotel or order in if it wasnt included the pool was nice, always some place with shade. free shuttle to the beach

We had some problems with electricity, all lights in room automatically switched on at night, every night, for a couple of times. Gym looks better on the photos, but it's fine to do a quick workout.

Pool was a little small for the size of the hotel.

We had a poor start due to malfunction with air con. The hotel upgraded our room which was fantastic. Breakfast was really good.

The air con in the room wasn’t very good, claimed it was down to 18 degrees but was definitely warmer. Tv didn’t work, reception sent someone for both, said air on was fine and couldn’t fix tv! There’s a 100 usd deposit you should be aware of. They ask for cash but I paid on card, it was just a hold and disappeared the day after check out (they had said it would be a month).

Great location, just round the corner from the Main Street and 5 mins from the strip. Lovely pool and bar area. Friendly staff at pool and bar too.

The beds were uncomfortable, rooms don't cancel out the noise from the nearby laneways during the night. The showers could do with upgrading.

Staff were lovely, the hotel facilities such as pool, swim up bar, restaurants, rooftop bar and food were exceptional. Prices were fair. The location was an easy walk to everything you need and felt safe. View from the balcony was nice.
