Staff do not speak englisch very well. Cleanliness of the room (esp. underneath the beds) should be improved.

Not located near any restaurants . However quite quiet and taxis and tuk Tula waiting most of the time. Grab cheaper .

Good size room but tired and bathroom not clean. Tiles particularly need a good clean throughout the bathroom . Bed comfortable and main room cleaned ok.

Attention! Be very careful with the so-called " Tour desk" just outside the hotel entrance. You may think they are part of the hotel service but WRONG! They sell tickets and trips to places that are not really what you are looking for. My advice is not to use their service, do your own research, and use apps like Klook for the right service. I am very disappointed by the hotel that when I asked for tourist information, they asked me to check the "tour desk", that's the beginning of trust put in the wrong hands. Shame.

Nice hotel lobby with three restaurants, a cafe & bar, and basically everything you need. The staff are friendly. It is also very close to a local market where you can get local breakfast there. The room with balcony is spacious and a very good value for money. The massage within the hotel is very good. There is also a swimming pool and a fitness room with basic equipment. Overall I am very happy with the stay.

Great value for money-room was clean and comfortable. We had a family room for four and it was large enough. Slightly dated /tired but we didn’t spend much time in the room. Beds were very comfortable & the pool was refreshing. Had a great Thai massage in the spa!

I needed some buns for breakfast. The hotel looks old, and could use some renovation. The sheeds were either old, or dirty.

There wasn’t much to fault at all. Because it is not directly in the centre, it was hard to find somewhere to eat without walking too far. 7/11 close by though. It was tiring walking back in the heat, but you can use a tuktuk or Grab to get around for cheap.

The hotel was in a good location. Not near or far. It was quiet and not right in the hussle and bustle, but everything was close by. Short walk to Koh San road, temple of the golden mount, or to the palace by a long walk or short tuk tuk. Lovely reception area and pool. My room was ginormous for one person, I was in 510. I had so much space. A big comfy bed. I cannot fault the stay at all. Staff very helpful. I arrived late and realised I left my toothpaste on my connection. They brought some to my room. My suitcase lock was jammed one morning and they got it open for me. Always saying hello, holding the door open etc. I felt very welcome and safe. The area is very safe, there are a lot of important buildings with security outside and CCTV down Larn Luang road, and everyone was very nice and said hello when you were walking. Do not worry if you are travelling solo. Bangkok is very safe and especially this area. I walked alone in the dark and felt safer than in the UK.

Large, comfortable and clean room with all the amenities you need. Breakfast was great and never too busy. Pool was lovely and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was a little far out from tourist spots but you could always get a taxi, tuk tuk or grab easily. The distance did mean it was a quiet location away from any noisy night life which we preferred.

The breakfast was a shocker!! Cold glupy eggs, cold sausages and beans, lack of everything that should have been there , over 1000b for the two of us, don’t go it!!

Staff absolutely friendly and helpful. Very spacious room. They managed to keep our suitcases for a week while we went to the islands.

- Bathroom wasnt clean (hair in the sink and bathtub, gross-dirty bathtub glass, dirty mirror etc.) - Location is not the best if you are walking - Aircon was loud and couldnt get switched pff - Not the most flattering view (there was a building right in front of my window) - Worn out facilities

Quiet retreat from crazy hustle of Bangkok. Immediately relaxed after arriving. Beds are very comfortable. Pool was great.
