Location is great. Quiet and clean rooms. Nice staff. Great place to take your pet dog- just be careful on the beach as there are a group of aggressive stray dogs!

The beds are not very comfortable and there is only a small thin blanket.

Very nice stuff, helpful and friendly. Rooms are simple, but clean and spacious. The swimming pool is pretty great and clean, breakfast is very good and location is nice near the quiet Ao Nang beach outside the touristic awful crowd. In general, a nice stay however I found it quite expensive for the comfort of the room, there were cheaper options with more to offer.

Bungalow just a little cramped and dark.

Stayed because we needed one night in Ao Nang before our flight. Chose because of location a bit away from town but close to beach. Bungalow interiors are small and nothing special but grounds and location are great.

It said no smoking around the eating area, but staff and guests were smoking. Even though there were no smoking signs everywhere. It wasn't just a few people smoking there was a lot. I'm a non smoker and so is my partner.

I loved the bungalow. Minimal, clean and nice. Great location. 1 minute walk to the beach. Dog friendly.

Beautiful bungalow with great facilities. Having a pool was such a treat. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and close to the night market. It’s a 30 minute walk to the busier part of Ao Nang.

Because of the near night market we heard music, but we could tuned it out. What was impossible to tune out were loud scooters of local teenagers who had meet up every evening across the street

The hotel has a family cozy vibe and is surrounded by trees. It is located near the beach, restaurants and local night market.

Our bungalow was a little dated on the inside and could do with more power outlets. No complementary toiletries and mixed reviews with our breakfast - one of us was more than satisfied and one of us would have preferred a greater selection! Having said all this, none of these limitations detracted from a great 5 days there.

Relaxing haven in a lovely setting with a good pool area and staff that were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Great location just to the edge of the Landmark development with good shopping, restaurants and the awesome night market all within a 5 minute stroll. A further 10 minutes up the road the long tail boats will take you to Railay Beach for 100 THB each way. Well worth it.

Sorta old and run down and beds were hard. But that might be very typical for Thai hotels- indeed I have stayed at somewhere worse and others with softer beds.

Close to the beach and night market and met some nice international travelers. Pool was very clean. Breakfast had 4 choices but they were good.

You can have better quality for less money in Aonang. The good beach is quite far from the place, so are the good shops and restaurants. We had to pay additional fee for using AC.

I guess it would be a great place for a family with little kids. The owner is nice. Nice pool and great garden.

Overall we had a great stay, but we had one power cut, one blocked sink, one aircon breakdown... Everything got sorted out quickly. The aircon in the bungalow was a bit brutal, it was either on at full blast or off with nothing in between. Note that the nearby Landmark Beach, while very nice, has no seating, sunbeds for rent, etc. and has a fairly busy road running along it. The beach itself was deserted. The electrics in the bungalow felt a bit dodgy, we had standard EU appliances that were supposed to fit but most sockets were pretty slack and we had to prop up chargers, etc. No (visible) smoke detectors.

Great location a few hundred metres from the beach. Lots of restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket (7/11) within easy walking distance. The night market was just a few minutes away and was still buzzing, even though it was low season (May). Friendly, helpful staff. Well-cleaned. Bungalows set in well-kept tropical garden, with a lovely pool. Like a little oasis. Very good value for money. Peaceful and quiet.

The sunbeds could do with replacing and not very many of them for number of guests.
