Just a little far from the center.

It is near a small lake full of lotus. Here is more a camping site than a hotel, which makes here more sincere.

Fresh food served from the Resort or the place next door was tasty and good value for money. The pond was the highlight, with kingfisher's, pond herons, moorhens ... and general environment and atmosphere. A little bit of heaven!

Only downside is the bed which was not too comfortable (at least for my back).

Very beautiful place overall and nice rooms with balconies overlooking the pond! The free bicycles are convenient to explore the city. Staff is also nice and helpful, we would definitely stay here again. Very good value for money.

I wish I could have stayed longer.

I arrived early to stay for one night and my room was ready when I got there so I could put my things in there and change for touring the city. They were very welcoming to the coolest place on earth! What an unexpected oasis! The rooms are so private, well-decorated, and architecturally appealing. You have a private balcony right on a beautiful lily pond. I had only planned to visit the white temple in Chiang Rai but they had information on a tuk-tuk tour that took me to 5 significant and worthwhile locations. It was perfect. It was so quiet except for the frogs or whatever other animals live in the pond. We had a huge thunderstorm that night and I was very cozy in my shelter. I loved Chiang Rai too and I wish that I had planned to stay longer. It is somewhat calmer than Chiang Mai and more laid back.

I loved everything and I love how rustic and unpretentious it is

It was a DREAM! Very idyllic, right by the pond with the water lilies and the fireflies at night!! Very serene and relaxing, you don’t want to leave. Thank god I read a review that they regretted staying only one night so I change my arrangements and stayed two nights. The room is very comfortable and the location is not central so that is a good thing! Chiang Rai downtown is not for staying… the best place possible!

It felt like a home stay. Na was so kind and helpful with taxis, tours and advice. It’s quirky and a family home. Outside kitchen off a balcony overlooking the lily pond. It is traditional and I loved it.

The room was even better and bigger than expected from the photos. Really nice peaceful place to stay offering bike rental making it really easy to get around. Food was also really nice and really really affordable. Breakfast was basic but help yourself which was amazing for us when wanting to get off nice and early!

Serene and stunning place right in the heart of Chieng Rai. The room is spacious with private balcony overlooking a lotus pond. I don't want to leave this place. The owner is very attentive and super friendly. He gave me some local fruits to try upon my arrival. He even gave me free extra water bottles when requested. This place feels like home to me. If I have to come back to Chieng Rai, this will always be my place to stay.

The location is a bit out of the way and it's not that easy to find places close by to eat. There isn't really a staff to ask about places, so it's up to you to know where you want to go. It's good that you can easily get a GRAB to take you places.

Waking up on the lily pond to the sound of birds chirping was heavenly. Loved the comfortable bed.

Generally nothing to complain about, only one day a lizard got into our room but we managed to get it out.

May be worth adding some more mosquito repellent items to the rooms/dining areas with being surrounded by water.

There were no mosquito nets, but we were here during the dry season so it was not a problem.

The lake is beautiful, you can watch the birds and fish from the balcony and just enjoy the view! The staff is super friendly, they allowed us to leave our luggage after our check out until we were back from our bike trip in the evening :) The food is also very delicious! We enjoyed our stay very much!

I couldn’t figure out the tv

It was beautiful. So relaxing we loved it. We just came from Bangkok and needed to get away from the chaos of hustle and bustle. This was a great escape. The little patio was awesome. Had I pleasant view of the pond, which had some kind of fish in it that you could watch what I think was eating bugs off the top of the water but what do I know I’m in a different country for the first time. We could hear some music off in the distance at night which went pretty late but it wasn’t bothering, we actually enjoyed it. We asked somebody about it the next day and I guess it was a concert. I recommend staying here

The room could improve with some basic upgrade. The beauty of the place, however, lies in the simplicity. The price too was unbelievable.

Its a must visit gem which exceeded our expectations. when I booked, I was a little sceptical as it did not appear to be the traditional type of place we usually stay in. But the morning when we got up and drew our curtains, we were blown by the serenity and the calm that permeated us. the fog over the pond, the chirping of the birds and the pure air we breathed, all of these made it a morning to remember forever.

The most tranquil retreat, super from start to finish. Free bike rental, lovely team of people, cats and dogs! Our room was fantastic with a beautiful view of the pond from our porch, massive windows so you can look out from your bed. Phenomenal. Definitely needs 5 stars
