The service was not that good and tbe stuff was not always nice. The pool is closed at 20:00? In isolated lication I expect ti be able to stay late. Breckfest was not good.

Pool area is so small and not so sunny. Pool towels were full of holes and looked awful. Hotel does not have own area/ beach chairs by the beach. Room balcony or terrace is not nice, you dont want to sit there and spend time.

Room was clean and bed was good. Breakfast is ok but not so much variation for european taste. Location is nice, easy to acces beach and restaurants near by.

Only 9 sunbeds by the pool, most of the time they where occupied. Could be a little better breakfast, no beacon for example, fried 10 eggs and make 5 omelets ready, i would like to have my hot.

Very close to the beach with white sand and clear water, the AC did not worked properly but the staff repaired it very quickly. very friendly and helpful staff.

One of the GSA gentleman complained to other staffs that he didn’t want to deal with us, because we had too many bags, cuz we are family7 adults with 3 toddlers and 1 pregnant lady so we have too many stuff going on, but complaining about it in front of the customers giving me somehow awkward feeling. Another staff on morning breakfast section brought so disrespectful attitude, used side eyes to us while we showing the bf tickets, it gave me the feeling of I was homeless who was there to beg some food as I paid for.

Pretty and some staff are super kind, the GSA lady gave me the helpful information about the boat transport service for going out from the island, and 2 gentleman called ’ ต้น‘ and ‘ สร’ helped us carry lots of luggage and standing there until we’ve got to the truck and leave the hotel, such a manner and respectful service.

Some of the voile curtains and bedding were a bit old looking, with a couple of rips and holes but not a big problem. A cat and her kittens were resident in the eating area and although cute, the mum kept jumping on the tables during breakfast which could probably have been sorted out by staff but again not a big problem.

We accidentally booked two deluxe family rooms for us and our adult daughters but this turned out to be perfect.... as they were spacious and had two huge beds. Lovely little hotel and our rooms were near to the beach and dining area/pool. We didn't use the pool as we went to the beach daily, and only had small breakfast a couple of times but the food was good. Staff kept things tidy and clean and we had a lovely stay

Most of the staff were lazy. The breakfast was cold daily. No variety and left over food from next day. The breakfast staff looked unhappy and minimal interaction with customers. The shower went hot to cold many occasions during a shower.

We just didn’t feel the staff were that friendly. We were well looked after however there was no real enthusiasm which was the one thing that was missing.

Excellent hotel that presents real value for money. A very short stroll to the local beach with heaps of food and bars available. Room was perfectly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was surprisingly good.

I booked this resort 9 months in advance. We are a family of 5 and they should provide us a connecting room but instead we were separated by buildings apart. We felt there was no care at all.

Eggs at breakfast where nearly always cold as not cooked to order and where snotty as not fried. Only being left two tea bags and two sugar in room each day so gad to take more from breakfast and keep asking for more sugar, should leave more of this facility in the room.
