There is insects but you will get that anywhere you go in Koh Tao.

The staff was the most friendly staff we came across in Thailand. Super helpful and patient. The location was amazing and the pools were so nice.

While it is understood that the rooms are placed amongst nature/wilderness it could have been planned better to make the structures completely from concrete rather than wooden panels which allowed lizards to creep in and go unnoticed until night time when they let out their shrieks. It’s quite unsettling to know that they are there but can’t been seen easily.

We were really high up so the steps up to the room were quite tiring in the heat.

Beautiful resort and extremely attentive staff. Wonderful breakfast selection, great cocktail happy hour where you can enjoy listening to the waves.

The air conditioning wasn’t great so we were warm, especially in the bathroom where there was no air con but all in the rustic nature of the place.

Great location overlooking the sea and beach. Loved the bar and restaurant with beautiful views. Another small unspoilt beach 5 minutes walk away. Very good breakfast.

A bit too close to the pier for my taste, but then again great if you are looking for some nighttime action.

The food (dinner) was one of the best we have had on our trip. Loved the seafood buffet. I also like the huts.

Not something the hotel can completely control, but a lot of bugs and the odd cockroach can make sleeping not so easy. Staff quickly came to remove these however.

The air on could have been more powerful as with the villa being wooden it absorbed some of the sun.

Great location and setting. We stayed in a beachfront villa and overlooked the ocean. Great location just walking into town either across the beach or just behind the beach. Room was clean and spacious with a rustic feel. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

Beautiful waterfront restaurant and despite only being a short walk to the pier, it was very private. The room was beautiful and clean.

The breakfast was good in general, but limited in choices after 2 weeks of stay. Apart from that the matresses in the “normal” room category where either super soft or super hard and therefore difficult to sleep on.

Property is big and placed in the midst of the nature right by the beach. Super nice and wild flair to it. The pool area was great, so were the rooms. We had 2 different room types whereas the cheaper rooms slightly lacked quality in terms of bed comfort (super soft matress). Apart from that the whole stay was very nice. Staff very helpful and welcoming.
