Amazing hotel we absolutely loved our stay here

Beautiful resort with a great beach and well maintained pools and grounds. Lovely spa and beachside restaurant and bar. Not as big as other resorts so has a more intimate feel but not too busy.

The hotel is superb! It is located right on the seashore. There are 2 supermarkets and a lockal market very close to the hotel. The staff is very friendly. We have been served by Nid at the hotel restaurant. She was very kind and did everything to make our daughter happy 😊

I decided to take a solo trip to relax after a stressful period at work, and I’m so glad I chose SENTIDO in Khao Lak. I booked a pool access room, and the moment I walked in, I was truly wowed. The room was beautifully designed and felt so comfortable. What touched me the most was the body pillow on the bed 🥰 – not every hotel provides one, and as someone who can’t sleep without it, I really appreciated that thoughtful detail. 🩷 The in-room amenities worked perfectly, and even though it rained most of the time during my stay, the atmosphere was still so peaceful and calming. I originally planned to stay just one night, but I ended up extending for another night because I felt so at ease here. The breakfast was delicious, the cocktails were tasty, and the staff were all incredibly friendly – from the security guard to the housekeeping team and everyone in between. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. I’m really impressed with this place and hope to come back again when the weather is better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful escape. 🤍😊🍃

we choose this hotel for celebration anniversary the staff was offer us so wonderful we appreciate we had the spacial time together here , the room is very clean and new the smell inside room is like shop luxuries so comfortable the shower gel also tbh come this hotel for rest your soul!!!

The weather but it was May so it was to be expected.

Bedroom bigger than expected. Excellant shower & bathroom facilities. Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were so friendly, you could tell that they were well trained in customer service. The location is just perfect. Right next to the ocean and a short walk, less than 5 minutes to the local shops, restaurants, bars etc. Breakfast next to the sea was beautiful in the morning. Cannot fault this hotel. It was my first time visiting and certainly wont be my last. Incredible value for money.

Very few people speaking English and the resort was almost too quiet. Not much of a vibe for a resort. The evening show that we saw was somewhat lacking.

Our room had partial beach view. Very tropical feeling. So many stairs but very doable in our condition. Close access to the beach and pools. Restaurants were great and the location of the resort was much closer to 'town' than we thought it would be. Staff were very friendly and helpful! While the beach was fairly small, it was great for us.

Unfortunately my room was not ready when I arrived despite requesting an early check in. While the hotel is well set up for guests waiting to check in or out (with toilets and shower facilities), waiting for over 4 hours for a room after travelling for 24 hours was not ideal!

Fantastic location - on the beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants. The staff are exceptional. The resort is very well maintained. Highly recommend the spa for a Thai Massage!

the resort did have a bit the feeling of a retirement home because of its popularity amongst German retirees.

very friendly and helpful staff. the resort is strategically located and very easy to reach with a car, ample parking provided. close to many attractions like waterfalls and nature reserves. Very nice and extensive breakfast buffet. excellent Spa treatments.

Everything was great!!

Wow, this property surpassed my expectations! I stayed in a room with a view of the beach, the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable! The pool areas were well kept and the breakfast options were fabulous! Anne at reception was extremely welcoming and took the time to show me around the resort, make some local recommendations and take me to my room. The spa was also fabulous...the staff were very professional and I enjoyed two treatments during my stay which were outstanding! Plenty of restaurants nearby to the property and a lovely little beach. I cannot fault Sentido in any way!

The staff was very friendly. More than enough pools to enjoy the sun. For the beach you have to be on time as people reserve their beds before breakfast. Towards the end of the day there were always a couple of beds free again. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are good. Instead of a buffet during lunch they opt for a la carte which we really enjoyed! Would def come back here!

There is very limited beachfront and there are never any sun loungers available so we had to a nearby hotel.

The room was great and very quiet. Staff were fantastic particularly Marie and Jayne in the restaurant. The fooed and cocktails w2etre good and moderately priced.

20 of us including small children. We had a truly fabulous time. Was perfect. Staff were all amazing. They ensured everyone was accommodated at such a busy time as best they could transfers and a private sundowner. Nothing was too much trouble. The place was Spotless and well maintained. Numorous pools one large with shade and swim up bar.  Lots of deck chairs everywhere.  Comfy beds large rooms with large fridges kettle bathroom condiments. Terrific food available and a huge buffet breakfast on beachfront.  Lotsa shady trees on beach. Walking distance to shops bars etc. Entertainment at various times. .
