Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. Nobody at the reception all day. Try 8 times to pay for my room. At night the music from the nightclubs around the hotel is very loud untill 05.00 in the morning . Stayed 5 night ..no cleaning the room or change the sheets and hard to get toiletpaper

I did not read reviews before I booked. Big mistake. Only come here if you’re happy to be awake until 4am. You will not sleep through the noise of the clubs.

Very loud because you will stay right next to the bar street
Location could not been better if you want to spend time at the bar street.

Average hotel with some drawbacks. Unfortunately, the washrooms fell short of expectations and the reception service was subpar. However, the hotel's location is undoubtedly its strongest asset.

Nothing to dislike. It ticked all boxes for me
Great location Ok it's next to green mango club and Hush club which goes on until 4.00 am but for the great value of price, I've no complaints.

Extremely loud music coming from the clubs when trying to sleep so if you want a quiet stay don’t come here. Probably best for tourists who like night life

The hotel is on the approach to the airport so all day aircraft are overhead.... About 100ft overhead

There wasn't really that much staff available in the mornings. And if you do stay here, you’re not gonna sleep well, or at all. There was music blaring from the building behind until 4 am. Every single morning!
The location was great. Right in the centre of Chaweng close to everything. The room was big. Bed was comfy.

The Aircon leaked and didn't really work all night, and this isn't for you if you want a good night sleep- the location is in the middle of a nightclub area
The staff was very friendly, especially the lady who checked us in. The location is right in Chaweng beach road and excellent for late sleepers

There were some ants in the room and music from Main Street is very loud until about 4am so we couldn’t sleep - but this is expected due to location so bring some earplugs :)
Great staff, perfect location in Chaweng you have everything on your doorstep. Fridge in the room, room is spacious, beds very comfortable.

If you want to relax and sleep/rest this is not a good location as it is very loud with parties and construction. There were people shouting in the hallway all morning aswell.

Definitely overpriced for what you get. The room was not properly cleaned. The bathroom as well, there were hairs in the shower and the drain looked disgusting. The hall smells bad and you can hear the conversations of other guests very clearly in your room. The bed is very bouncy. There were little bugs in the room.
The location is very good. Close to the nightlife and Chaweng beach. We were worried about the airplane noise but it was actually not an issue.

staff were nice but the managers where rude. They wanted to charge me 50% more with no reason, i needed to show my booking several times until they accepted it. The facility is in very bad condition. I paid a room with terrasse but the window was broken so i couldn't go out. Room was very dirty. On top the hotel is above a bar and you can hear the music until 5am

A bar or club very close plays music until 4 am that is so loud and bass heavy the windows rattled and you could feel it in the bed.

Power cut, cockroaches…couldnt charge anything, little water pressure and no aircon for over 16hours. Sweaty two nights. I dont mind the loud music at night but for some it could be unbearable.

I was getting over food poisoning and the lady at reception was very helpful. She even gave me a free chicken soup to get me back eating and making sure I was ok
