Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PhilippinesI have Rhinitis so I’m extra sensitive to dust. I had to ask them to clean the room thoroughly and it was perfectly fine after that.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good. Rooms were comfortable. They have a very relaxing rooftop bar with great views of the city. This hotel serves good food in all their restaurants.

South AfricaThe WiFi in the room is slow.
The Hotel is welcoming, all the staff are very friendly. The guys at the concierge desk are the best, they gave us good advise as to where to go, how best to get there and more. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room is adequate, a bit dated, espesial considering that it doesn't have a stand alone shower. The breakfast was awesome, a wide variety on offer, well prepared and tasty. The overall decor of the hotel is arty, and fucky. You must check out the artboard in the restaurant, we left out mark "Angry Ant". The restaurant and bar offer great meals at good prices. I will definitely recommend Siam@Saim hotel and from outside we will be back.

FinlandThe happy hour was a bit different from our understanding. My spouse bought one cocktail for me and one for him (buy one plus one free) But turns out he still had to pay for both because 1+1 free only applied for one person. Also, the sunbathing in the pool area seems a bit small as it's quite crowded after lunch.
We were lucky to have an upgraded room. The room was really great. There was a view to the sunset from our room and the amenities are amazing, the bed is comfortable, the room was beautiful. We also love the complimentary services such as free drinks and snacks in the hotel restaurants and bars. The staff are friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic. The bar vibes were chill and relaxing. There was a hiccup that the air conditioning didn't work correctly. After discussion with the staff, we were transferred to another room to sleep, which was good.

BahrainWiFi in the room (14th floor) was a bit weak. Sound from National Stadium events (if not), can be heard in the room). Not an issue if you like the musician performing!
A quirky, central Bangkok Hotel. Walkable to MBK /Siam Paragon, Jim Thompson House etc and the National Stadium BSK station on the Silom line. Located next to an ATM/bank, 24 hour food places and. 7-11. Decor is funky and the bar is really nice. Food from the menu is really good (breakfast selection is ok). Bakery items looked amazing. Would happily stay here again next time we are in Bangkok.

LithuaniaThe breakfast was more on the basic side. Although, special credits go to giving passion fruit for breakfast :) The rooftop bar is pricey - 1000 bahts/26 euro for beer and average cocktail. Luckily, it was happy hour and we get two of each, but people pay same price outside of happy hour...It's Bangkok, not Manhattan
Hotel's design is gorgeous - lobby, restaurants, pool, room itself. The most beautiful hotel I've ever lived in! We stayed in 2-rooms apartment, and it was fantastic

New ZealandThe wifi on our floor was very unreliable and at times nonexistent . Very frustrating . I informed reception several times and was told they would Inform IT . It didn’t improve ! I was offered an upgrade but was already in a club room and didn’t take it up . Also Would love to see some Thai food on the menu at Chim Chim instead of pizza 😊
We are return guests to the Siam@ Siam we like its proximity to good shopping and the sky train . The breakfast buffet is excellent , the cocktails at Paradise lost were great and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the benefits of the club room particularly the cocktails and the coffee at Chim Chim . Our favourite staff member was Judy at Chim Chim who was both professional and friendly . Queen who checked us in also deserves a mention for being friendly.

United States of AmericaThe wifi was really quite terrible - I could barely check my email or social media without significant lag, let alone stream shows on my computer. The AC was also finicky, and was not cold for a couple nights we stayed there, disrupting our sleep.
Staff was really friendly and responsive, having an app to communicate with the staff was a great touch. The decor was also hip and modern, and the pool was of a decent size. The bed was also quite comfortable.
