One of our room is more dated than the other, the furnitures were old and the bathroom was dated.

Amazing location, many amenities around. It’s not on the main road, so wasn’t loud. It’s quite close to convenience stores and shopping centre.

I loved the hotel and the facilities and i booked it because it has a gym but i would invest a bit on renovating your gym. It is good but needs attention. Breakfast also could be better, the coffee was not good I'm sorry. Perhaps getting a coffee machine with beans would be a great investment and make many customers happy. I saw this in another hotel in Thailand and so many good comments about the coffee so not a huge investment for the return you could get

The location could not be better, it is close to so much that I wanted to explore. The size of the room is way over the average and given the price, i found this to be an incredible value for money stay. Very happy with the hotel and would certainly like to stay again.

Everything is great at this hotel, it's so clean and calm, really makes you feel at home after being in the craziness of the city. The staff is so kind! Very helpful with everything, they organized for us the taxi pickup way cheaper than the "official" price. The position in Silom is very strategic and close to the BTS station from where you can go everywhere. Breakfast is good and check out time is very generous! So many shops and restaurants around, to not mention 7-Eleven shops just 2 steps away... The price point is also awesome for the accommodation you get! We will come back :)

Pretty high bathtub to take a shower in. Late check out was pretty expensive, although possible

The only downside was the pool area could have been kept slightly cleaner.

The room was very nice and clean with towels and basic essentials like soap and shampoo. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We also enjoyed the gym in the hotel. The location is also good as it is quite close to tram lines etc.

My only criticism is the current hotel policy that does not allow international calls to be made from the phone in the bedroom.

i used this hotel a few years ago but i was still pleasantly surprised on arrival. The staff were super, especially " ice " on reception. Her help and assistance with a problem i had regarding contacting home in the UK was exceptional.

The room smelled a bit like dirty feet. I had wished I brought some incense or essential oils. I don’t like to complain but this really was an issue. I almost left because of it.

Wifi needs updating . A bit slow throughout the day and night , early morning okay . The hotels bar shuts at 9.30 so you can’t get from service after that .

Excellent size suite , plenty of space . The hotel is a bit dated but is situated in a great area with a 5 minute or so walk to Sala Daeng station .A couple of small coffee shops just outside of the hotel and a market than runs through the day , good cheap eats can be found there.

Room was a bit old fashioned, but not big deal.

Good location, nice staff, we had to leave early so staff helped us to book a car and they prepared small refreshment take away. That was very nice.

Pleasant hotel in Silom side streat. Near main hapening in Silom quarter but not noisy. Good breakfast. Very polite staff. Nice room with enough space. Easy to access with public transport (Skytrain, Subway).

No bacon at breakfast and no early breakfast, even to be able to have something like fruit , croissant and bread !? or take away pack available for early starts.

Staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Facitilities were what you would expect for a City Centre hotel. All I would add is that maybe Bacon would be a good option at Breakfast and a facility of an early breakfast or some sort of breakfast pack if you have to go out very early for the day. Excellent location, right in the middle of two BTS stations and within easy reach of all the major sites, Temples and shopping opportunities.l

Would like to see a more expansive breakfast menu

This is a very reasonably priced boutique hotel with a small pool and gym located in the middle of the tourist area of Bangkok and just a ten minute walk from the BTS and MRT rail networks. The staff are professional, efficient and extremely triendly. Highly recommended.

The only unfortunate aspect is that it is rather congested and engulfed all around by buildings that give a gloomy view

I went to Bangkok for business and booked Silom Serene because close to the working place. I realised that it may have been the best option I could have found. Good service, clean, well decorated, functional. They have a good restaurant with excellent grilled cuisine.
