Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe woman (I don't think she actually works there) who represented herself as the person to rent motorcycles from was quick to take our request, but at the last moment disappeared without providing the service or assistance. Being GP weekend, nothing else was available. One of the staff was gracious enough to allow us to use her motorcycle, saving the weekend. I was a little disappointed to be charged 4000 baht extra for a twin mattress on an already price gouging rate. I had reservations for a room for two people and paid the expected (GP) overpriced amount and felt it a bit unnecessary. None of my complaints were the fault of the staff, and I felt sorry for them having to be the bearers of these unfortunate things.
The staff were incredible! If they were in charge of a run-down shelter, it would still be better than most of the places I've been. They saved my trip with their good will and generosity. From a taxi service to just basically the way they make everyone feel welcome on a hectic weekend, I can't thank them enough.

BruneiTruly unexpected experience. I've heard of this boutique hotel before but was absolutely and pleasantly surprised by the design and thought that went to so many details. For instance, the decor was elegant and simple, it created a very warm and luxurious welcome. I loved how responsive the staff was. When I said I needed halal food, they recommended places for me to go. As I was fasting, they packed my food and delivered it with care on time. And it looked gorgeous! Not like packed food! I love the bed on the elevated platform and the shower is so satisfying! I always find the shower to be the mark of a hotel's care. If they care about my delight at showers and comfort in sleep, I care right back!

Everything from initial welcome to when we left.we stayed an extra night.The owner organized Thai vegetarian breakfast for us and the coffee is the best I've tasted.This is a gem of a hotel!!!!
