The moment you get into the room you will feel the smell of the mold. It was a bit unpleasant yet bearable. Then we noticed that the lobby and the corridors smell the same so I think it was an issue in general.

The hotel has a good location being very close to the beach, accessibility to a lot of restaurants and bars around and 1 min walk distance to the tuk-tuk parking in case you want to go somewhere. They were very nice and helpful to upgrade our room from a twin room to a double room which we really appreciated it. The hotel has 2 pools but we didn’t get the chance to use them so no opinion in this aspect. The breakfast had a variety of options even though we felt like there were more things that were missing in the breakfast buffet. We wanted a place to stay for one night and the price we paid was really reasonable for what we got. However I wouldn’t stay more than 2 days there because of the smell of the mold.

The staff was somehow unfriendly, very weird compared to Thai people's hospitality we observed during our time in Thailand. The location of the hotel is 10-15 mins walking distance from the attractions.

They upgraded us to a room with pool view. Room was spacious and clean. The pool is large and good for swimming. The hotel is close to a huge night market.

Room was not cleaned one day out of our five night stay. Breakfast was not great. The safe could have been In our room instead of the reception area. There was a language barrier with majority of the staff.

Slightly dated decor. Breakfast could do with a bit more variety. Lack of room safes a big negative, but there are safe deposit boxes at reception. The staff should however, give you privacy when depositing or removing items from your box.

Location and proximity to beach are excellent. Hotel and grounds cleanliness is extremely good. Staff friendly and very helpful.

Pretty old property with things wearing out can be seen.AC water was leaking on longer use . Lots of restrictions in the property and no such wow factor. Staff were also rude and unresponsive

Great location, great staff, great facilities at a very affordable price. Comfortable bed, good aircon, the pool and cocktails at the pool were amazing! Just a short walk from the Ao Nang Landmark Night Market for some amazing food and live music, and a short walk from dozens of restaurants and shops.

A great location right next to the sea. Calm and relaxing, the room was spacious and light filled, the balcony was a nice place to sit on. Beds are comfortable, they give complimentary tea & coffee. Staff were courteous and helpful.

The rooms was dirty, i found a hair in the shower, cuted nails in the room, the beds are extremely uncomfortable. The staff was rude, they have maybe 10 sunbeds near pool, they have not enough towels for the pool. The stay was terrible…

It's a bit worn out. Didn't get the room I booked and had to pay extra. Cleaner came and left the room dirtier, cups not washed. Massive cockroach in the room. Breakfast was particularly bad and expensive. Cold chicken sausages, cold bacon. Shame it's been allowed to deteriorate

Bad 2-star hotel declared a 4. Reception without any courtesy, room with a view of another room with old furniture, without even bedside tables, stone cushions. Kettle supplied with only two 150ml bottles of water, no coffee or tea to prepare. Very noisy air conditioner in the room, it was like sleeping inside a factory. Bathroom with soap dish only, no toothbrush, as stated in the amenities. Only one towel per shower with no other hand towel or anything. A measly roll of toilet paper provided. The ridiculous breakfast .... a few fried eggs, some frankfurters, some pan carre for butter and jam, a little old melon and for Asians a little rice with vegetables and a little green salad .... poor breakfast and miserable ... the only positive note is the swimming pool and free parking, just because there are no customers given the conditions of the hotel.

the behaviour of all the stuff especially the front desk old lady is very rude. she didn’t want to listen anything and because of one extra bed she charged me 1200 bath each day total 4800 bath for 04 nights for my 7 years old daughter only. I asked for the invoice but she didn’t give it to me and take in cash in advance. Also take full payments of my room at the time of entry with my credit card. beside she didn’t give me extra bad and provide me 01 camp bad only which caused my 7 years old Daughter huge neck pain. last night (12 / 11 / 2022 ) my little Daughter (3 years old) was very sick and she knew that as she saw we bringing medicine for her. I asked for one bottle of water from her to made the medicine solution but she denied directly and told me to buy from 7/11 stores. I was literally begging her for a small bottle of water, but she didn’t bother at all. she told me only 02 bottles ( nearly about 150 ml each) of water is allocated for each room and I can’t ask for more. every morning we had to fight for the complementary breakfast and most of the day we found all buffet was empty. no one bothered to refill and didn’t answer our questions. I am so disappointed and will not recommend anyone from my channel. it was very bad experience and stuffs are very rude. it will surely impacts on their future business as most of the stuffs are looking for scam the visitors.
