Amazing location, very friendly staff, excellent pools that kept both our kids happy (7 and 14 year old boys), spacious room with plenty of wall hooks to keep all the clutter in place , very good breakfast that covered everyone’s needs, laundry room located close to the pool area so we could easily use it while at the pool

the second car park was far and remote,I need to walk alone with my luggage so feel a little unsafe.

You can see that the resort could stand to be updated. Decor is dated. Ping pong rackets were quite damaged.

I enjoyed the 4 different pools and the pool exercise was fun. Breakfast had a decent international spread although I found the local dishes were a bit too salty. Bed was comfortable and my son was able to sleep well on the sofa bed. Staff were very friendly and approachable.

The question should be what don’t you love about this property??? I have nothing to complain about. My only complain was addressed immediately. And the staff are so nice, Accomodation and welcoming. I love this place and 100% sure of using them again. Location is superb.

Lift broke down on our last day, and we were on top floor with kids and an elderly parent.

The pool bar closed quite early and the guests need to return the pool towel at the end of checking out and no elevator in some building.

Quiet noisy at night. Cleaners wheeling loud trolleys up passage ways after 10pm. Drilling on first night at around 11.30pm, possible maintenance etc Hammering outside after 10pm, possible maintenance. Little inconsiderate for families with young children sleeping.

Location was great! Resort is right on beach with plently of activities and bars/restaurants to pick from. Pools were great with plently of space and sun beds for everyone. Water slide was a hit with the kids.

Our only very minor gripe was the room we were initially provided had a minor humidity and damp issue. It probably just needed to have been aired for 24 hours before we got there. But we had a friendly chat with the staff and they located us to a neighbouring room which had no such issues and was ideal. This only took 10 minutes so was not a significant issue at all. 10 out of 10 to the staff for acting as soon as we raised it and providing an alternative. The bathroom facilities were slightly dated but with such a popular hotel , finding a window of time to update them must be a challenge.

The fantastic staff and close proximity to the beach was amazing. The breakfast was superb. This is definitely a family friendly hotel so if you looking for peace and quiet as a couple bear in mind there will be plenty of families with young children around so maybe not the place to come if you’re looking for peace and quiet but if you’re looking for a place with energy then it is excellent.

Check in was quick. The staff was nice and very accommodating. The room was well air conditioned and very clean. The hotel has a wonderful territory with lots of greenery and access to one of the best beaches.The breakfast was up to par. Our stay was great.

Crowded. Was very busy. Walkways could be broadened to accommodate. Food did not feel fresh in the restaurant on two occasions. To improve on food hygiene practice.

Great location by the best beach in Phuket. Bang Tao beach was beautiful. Great pools and entertaining slide for the children. Nice layout facing the beach. Great activities for kids. Front desk service was excellent. Attended to all equities and concerns smoothly and promptly.

Very nice hotel with 4 pools, enough space for everybody. The kids activities were perfect for our kids. They had so much fun, we really had hard time to convince them to leave. Breakfast and food were ok. Staff very friendly. The beach was nice, sandy with beautiful sunset.

I just cant understand why we could not pay in Thai baht, our preferred method of payment. Food and drink is too expensive for the quality. 2 of our family had to travel to Bangkok for 3 days, but would be back and stay at the hotel for 9 nights. their flight was at night, but still had to pay 900 baht pp to sit at the hotel for 5 hours, we thought this was disgusting way to treat guests who will spend a total of 135000 baht for 12 nights.

Fantastic beach. Enough sunbeds for everyone. Very good swimming pools.

The service in the pool bar was very poor and slow. The staff was arrogant and occasionally rude. Sad since the rest of the staff were very friendly.

The kids beds/sofa was way too hard. They need toppers or softer mattresses. The bathroom in our room needed a good renovation. Although they are non smoking rooms, if you have anyone smoking on balconies you can smell it (I know this is not the fault of the hotel but it was annoying none the less!) The swim up bar seats were very uncomfortable!

Although the front of the hotel is nothing to write about, the hotel backs on to a lovely clean pools and a very quiet and pretty beach front. The double bed was very large and comfortable The breakfast was actually really rather good with stunning views from the dining area

The hotel is prepared for the Scandinavian costumers, with dozens of European staff working to provide a quality experience. Everything is planned to make it confortable for families to enjoy their vacations. There are plenty chairs on the pools, lots of activities for kids, good breakfast, reasonable prices of food and beverages in the hotel restaurants and a spacious rooms, capable of fitting a family with 2 childrens, with all necessary amenities and confort. They have a top quality band with 4 Swedish singers and a DJ and light operator amost every night, making unnecessary to leave to hotel for entertainment.
