Amazing Stay with Exceptional Staff I had a rough flight experience upon arriving in Phuket, but this hotel truly turned things around. The staff was incredibly accommodating and genuinely helpful. Their understanding and warm hospitality made a huge difference. My stay was amazing and relaxing every single day, with a great breakfast and a lovely view of the pool. I’ll definitely be coming back and will happily recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!

The room is spacious and clean with a veranda. Breakfast was superB. There are two swimming pools and extra towels provided for the beach. It's just a 5-minutes walk to the Surin beach, shops, and restaurants.

There isnt anything to not like!

This is absolutely my favourite place to stay in Phuket. I come to Phuket just to stay at Surintra Resort. Ive stayed here now 4 times in the space of 6 months, and recently shortened a stay in Karon Beach to return to Surin Beach and this hotel Its just beautifully clean and comfortable, the rooms spell gorgeous when you walk in, and they are beautifully renovated. Its quiet, the staff are lovely, its in the perfect spot. I couldnt stay anywhere else.

Amazing place to stay, quiet location and easy access to beach and Main Street. All staff were amazing. Only fault was no hot water in the shower (not that you need it with the heat but would have been good for a warm shower before jumping into bed).

Slightly set back from street and doesn't have great kerb appeal.

They have really made the most of the space they have. The rooms are finished to a high standard, especially the bathrooms. They have a real luxury touch. The breakfast was good, I have no idea why other visitors have said they ate elsewhere! There were fresh eggs and sausages, fruit and yoghurt choices, little pancakes, and Thai options too. The pools were lovely and there was lots of shade. The stunning Surin beach with its fabulous waves was just 5 minutes away. The staff members we met were lovely and helpful. For the price we paid we felt we got full value.

Everything was good!

It is located across the road from a lovely beach. The lane also has a wonderful restaurant Sea Surin and lots of massage places as well as a 24 hour Tops down the road. The rooms are large and comfortable. The pool is good and the breakfast although basic is fine. The reception has a microwave you can use to heat your food,

The washroom is smelly. It would be more appropriate if they have the conventional tile flooring as opposed to what’s on it now. Not comfortable to stand in it.

Very good cozy, calm, quiet. Friendly staff, everything is clean in the room. Breakfasts are very good. Location to the beach 5 minutes. Nearby there are shops and restaurants. Very good choice.

Public toilets at the beach all locked up....very strange.

The most helpful front desk staff. Beds amazing. Spotlessly clean and very large rooms, beauty pools. Lots of breakfast choice and options. Surprising variety and number of fish snorkeling the rocks in the bay. Gorgeous beach.

Rooms were incredibly spacious with a very convenient location, just a few minutes walk to Surin Beach. The pools are great for relaxing and breakfast has enough options to set you up for the day!

Well appointed, with coffee making facilities, always welcome. Quirky bathroom with pebble floor ,maybe a reflexology influence ! Big room with a massive double bed and terrace overlooking pool with a pleasant wider view . A nice place to sit . Overall this was a very relaxed place ,nicely maintained, great pool ,breakfast a bit limited with no muesli, oats but omelette and toast ,lovely .
