Close to the beach. Located on a quiet street in the center of a busy tourist area, with all the amenities nearby, like Best supermarket, many massage places, and nice restaurants. Facilities are clean. On-demand breakfast is available. Not many people around, peaceful and quiet, feel like home.

It’s like an oasis when you walk through the front entrance. Very clean premises all around and definitely in the room. You can tell they take pride in their hotel and the owners are very nice people. Would highly recommend (and I don’t recommend many things). Thank you for your hospitality, Hans!

The internet connection was slow and the AC could take time to cool our room. No exhaust fan in the toilet.

The location is close to good restaurants and shopping mall. The beach is also very accessible from the hotel.

The hotel is very warm and feels at home. Because my wife was pregnant, Hans thoughtfully arranged the first room for us on the second floor. We wanted to go to the show and ride elephants, which helped us buy tickets. After we checked out, we were sent to the bus station and gave us a small gift.

Excellent small villa with very clean rooms and beautiful pool and garden area. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and kind. It was close to restaurants and walking distance to the beach and the bigger shopping centre, Terminal 21. I would highly recommend this accommodation. It was very good value for money.

Hot water in the shower comes from running heater, thus don't expect strong pressure of boiling-like water, but you definitely get enough to keep yourself clean. :)

Spotless clean! I think even pillow cases were changed throughout our 5-day stay. Bed was somewhat firm (thin mattress? maybe traditional Thai thing), but I really liked that. Outdoors area is amazing! Pool with waters of perfect temperature, fish & parrots, decorations - made me want to come back to the hotel at the end of the day. The property has personal touch in everything - like name tags on the room doors & the owner greeting you. People were helpful & attentive. We travelled with a toddler, & she was welcomed there, which is very important for me as a parent. Location is good. Fruit market around the corner as well as massage, beach & Terminal 21 (big shopping mall) are within 10 min walking.

I could not find anything I don't like or that needed improving.

I really liked being near the beach but not on it. This guesthouse is in a small residential area, just a block from the beach. It's quiet and very well kept. For a single woman who likes Solitude, this place was perfect. It's near enough to restaurants and food shops, but yet tucked away from any traffic or noises. The couple who run this guesthouse are totally helpful and kind yet non-intrusive. Their motto is "Feel at Home," and that is exactly the mood.
