Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A little gem just out of Bangkok, up a little side street so out of the noise of Kho San Road, lots of bars snd eatery’s very near. Lovely staff both at reception and from all other staff. Would definitely recommend Tara Place Hotel.

Am now addicted to the sesame nuts in the snack boxes on reception !!! Seriously could not fault the place
Check in was fast and friendly, room was spotless and a good size. Housekeeping staff very good,. Plenty of hot water comfortable bed. Tuktuk to palace and pier, nice touch. Walking distance to the madness of khaosan, but lovely and quiet walkable to the river. Tea/coffee and snacks always available at reception. Would stay again if in bangkok

Staff were very efficient and we got to check into our room very early and were helped throughout. Good service and value for money. The location was very ideal with some lovely places to eat around.

The hotel is really clean and cosy,with all the amenities working properly. It is just 10 minutes walking distance to the pier,so quite easy to get to the main sightseeing spots avoiding the Bangkok traffic. Khaosan Road is also just 10 minutes distance on foot and its plenty of street food was really convenient for me. The hotel also provide free water refill as well as coffee and tea.

Tara Place Hotel's location is perfect. The room view is beautiful. The rooms are very clean. The hotel has fast internet. Breakfast is excellent. We had a wonderful festival experience with the hotel staff and other guests at the hotel, especially during the Songkran Festival. The hotel feels like a warm family atmosphere. The hotel staff is also friendly and courteous. Thank you Tara Place Hotel for a safe, clean, cheerful and happy holiday. Tara Place Hotel will always be our address in Bangkok. We recommend!

The staff was very accommodating. Our room was very spacious. It has TV, mini fridge, and a couch for window viewing. The airconditioning may take time to be cold once you entered the room. Outside of the hotel is a massage place and a salon perfect for your pampering needs. Just a walking distance away is a good coffee shop place. Overall experience was good. Since its Songkran Festival, the front desk offered us a taxi ride to the airport since we have a hard time booking for Grab. Thank you Tara Place for making our Thailand experience amazing.

We prefer soap over body wash liquid and as i am traveller who moves along with my infant, i would prefer a small bucket in my bathroom to sock the child's dress and get it dried just to avoid smell which i had some difficulty .
The hotel stay is reasonable, value for money, The location is clam and quiet for families, Khaosen walking street is only walkable distance, so that you can stay long night on street and just walk and come to your accomodation. Every day morning, on your request ( Outside door) the Room service team make up your room, which is convenient, when you return back from city tour. Drinking water is provided 24hrs free of cost. Indian restaurants and other restaurants are nearby ( walkable distance), if you are keen on your breakfast , lunch and dinner scehdule this place is most conveient one. There are 2nos 7 Eleven shops which is just hardly 100 meters away. During Songkran festival, the street you are staying will be fully occupied with celebration, so if you are into water fighting to celebrate thailand new year, this place is most convenient. The hotel has lift services and you can seek the help of securities to help you in shifting lugguages to your room. The wifi facilities is provided 24hrs and its good speed internet. Taxi service and tuk tuk service always accessible to all locations of bangkok which costs arount (100-130 THB morning until afternoon and 200-250THB evening and night).

The apartment was quite small. There was a small bathroom with a shower, TV was not working. A/C was working correctly. The room was quite dark, and we heard noises from the corridor, so we had to use earplugs. Location was good, it was couple of minutes to Khao San Road and all the main attractions. Breakfast was served in a restaurant on the opposite site of the road, sercem a la carte. It was ‚okay’.

There was sometimes a bit of traffic noise, not the hotel' s fault. Did not bother me, usually quieter at night.
Nice big modern, well equipped & air conditioned room very well serviced and clean. Friendly & helpful staff. Free tuk-tuk to Grand Palace & ferries. Easy walking distance to Kosan road. Bus route.

My room was facing the main room and a the noise was loud during the day
