Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Germany- the water pressure in the shower could be a bit stronger, but everything else was just fine 😃
- super friendly stuff - Clean and spacious apartment - everything I needed was nearby - pool was good to cool down the heat and to relax a lot - Beds are a bit hard, but I like it because it was good for my back 😊 -The food in the restaurant was super delicious 😋

MalaysiaThe water pressure in the bathroom is to low and keep changing. Not so enjoyable to shower. We had some issues with the breakfast, as the restaurant and the hotel are separately owned. So if you book your stay with the hotel better checked with the reception to make sure.
The rooms are nice and confortable. Simple and quiet. Nice swimming pool. Ideally situated near the train station for Chiang Mai with possibility to extend the stay until 6pm.

FranceThe occult curtains weren't dark enough. the room was too bright. I am sensitive to light with recurrent migraines so this factor was important to me. For people who are not jet lagged and wake up early or with family it's a good place.
the location, the size of the apartment, the swimming pool

United StatesThe remote for the living/ dining room was missing, but didn't really bother me as the one in the bedroom was good enough, so I just left it. Another thing I had trouble with was the front entrance when it was wet, since it's sloped I almost slipped and fell 2 times 🤣🤣🤣 might be good to put a rubber mat or something there so people don't slip 😅
The Room was so nice, came with a good sized fridge/ freezer, microwave, tv. The bed was very firm but I had no trouble sleeping. Cafe/ restaurant was good as well, and offered room service if wanted. Close to some really nice cafes, and slight walk from Big C and Union Mall and MRT station which is nice, maybe 20 or so minute walk to the BTS station and also Chatuchak market but the heat made it seem longer ^^' so better take a grab, you won't regret it lol the room was cleaned basically everyday and 2 water bottles given each time. Overall it was a great stay and the staff were all great/ friendly

ItalyOur room was very, very dirty and dusty. I asked to clean it, because my child and I started coughing and could not stay there. Within 10 minutes, 3 girls came, wiped the dust, swept and washed the floors and then apologized to us at the reception, I appreciated it. The room itself consisted of a small kitchen-living room with a TV, refrigerator, microwave, sink and tea station. In the sleeping area there was only a small bed and a wardrobe. Instead of an extra bed for the child, we were offered a small thin 2 cm folding mat, 1 sheet, 1 pillow and a small blanket. True, it's free. The child refused to sleep there. It felt like sleeping on a bare floor. The rooms require additional cleaning of furniture, washing of doors. Because everything is very stained . The staff was friendly, but we will not go back there.
Not far from the bus station, train station, chatuchak market, metro line, but only if you take a taxi. It's far and inconvenient to walk (many road junctions and overpasses). The hotel has a good swimming pool and a cafe where you can eat all day. You can walk to 7 eleven in 6 minutes.

BangladeshOnly problem with the bathroom, specially the shower is with instant heater, which I never like. Also the water flow is strangely unstable, it changes speed in every 10 seconda.
Location, cleanliness, staff behaviour, room amenities all are good.

ThailandIt lacks a few things, such as comfy beds and reading lights in the the bedroom. The space in the living area is not organized optimally, doesn't feel welcoming. The apartment should be thoroughly cleaned, including curtains. The shower cabin is small.
The location is great if you need to stay in this area, and it's quiet. The apartment size is good to stay a few days. The staff is helpful, they kept our luggage safely locked for the afternoon while we were out.

IndiaWhile functional, the room and facilities were very basic, and the hotel may not suit travelers looking for upscale amenities or a central location for tourist attractions.
The hotel is conveniently located about 20 minutes from Don Mueang Airport and sits in a lively residential area. The man at reception was extremely helpful, offering great local tips and assisting with currency exchange. The small food stall at the reception was a bonus, providing freshly prepared meals served directly to the room. The family room was practical, with a separate seating area and a spacious bedroom—ideal for a short stay.

AustraliaI liked most things! A great hotel. The shower needed a bit of a better clean though but that’s the only negative.
We came to Bangkok mainly to check out the Chatuchak markets and flew into DM international. This hotel was very close to both. A 5 minute grab ride to the market and close to the big beautiful park. The arrival staff was lovely and helped us check in late. The pool is beautiful and such a good temperature after a hot day of walking around Bangkok. We had a family room and it was quite big. A lot of space. The breakfast was big too! Abundance of food. They also offer very cheap massages at the hotel! It’s a great spot if you’re focused on that side of town and especially the market! Great value for money in that area.
