Other guests making a lot of noise, smoking, making my room smelly. But can't be helped. So your enjoyment depends on your neighbours.

Breakfast was great. Totally worth it, especially the mini croissants where you put them into the toaster and then butter them. Bed was comfortable, drinking water was always available.

The rooms near the pool smell dump.Not suitable for individuals with asthma,or something like that.There are big rats,and cockroaches in the night around the pool,so not for someone afraid of those.The management should take care about them,even if they were not an issue for us,but it may be for others..

The pool was excellent.The surroundings in the courtyard are lush green.The staff is great.Cleaning the room is everyday.The breakfast is outstanding.The hotel is very clean in overall.The beach is 5 minutes walk away,and every ammenities are close by. 7

- the hotel is located beside the cemetery which is a bit creepy for me - our room was kind of old and musty when i went in. the hotel staff only gave 1 key card when i booked for 2 peopl stay so i had to remove the card time i walked out and the room wud smell when i come back. - the toilet stink so i had to always turn on the exhaust otherwise it wud stink. - was not able to use the pool cos ther are bird poop. Nevertheless, it was a really good value. Location was more important.

-its just few meters walk to the beach with plenty of restaurants nearby and walk behind to another street for other choices of reataurants and walk towards bangla road and souvenir shops. -wifi was super fast and the location of the beach hav so many little shops that sells grilled fish, meat, corn, fruit shakes and etc. - its really impt to get a hotel tat is walking distance to the beach becos the tuktuk , taxi are very expensive about 300 baht to each 1 way.. but if u use grab bike then about 30-40 baht only . - room aircon was super cold, king size bed with 4 pillows, complete room amenties with water, coffee, slippers etc

The walls a bit thin so we could here the tv from the next room. Otherwise I recommend this accommodation and I would come back here.

Our room was a ground floor room overlooking the backyard. We had to sleep with an average of 10 mosquitoes a night, even though we never opened the door or window. The facilities we stayed in before provided plug-in fly repellent devices. If they provided the same, it would be much more comfortable for the guests and would increase the quality of the hotel.

The pool is very nice, the breakfast is sufficient, the location is very close to the beach and markets and it is generally a clean facility.

The shower was constantly changing the temperature of the water(either too hot or cold). You can’t adjust it properly.

The breakfast was very basic , no bacon or sausage only went for breakfast 2 times in the 4 days we where there ,I would definitely not pay for it if it was not included in the room fee

I liked this hotel. Very lovely staff. Good value . It was a last minute booking because I messed up our travel dates. Our room was large, very clean and well-equipped. The pool (which we didn't use) looked lovely. Breakfast wasn't 5* but it was nice/adequate - and this isn't a 5* hotel. The locationn is excellent - about 100m from the beach and surrounded by shops and cafe's etc. It's a 10-minute walk to the Bangla Road area where most of the best music (etc) bars are located. I recommend this place.

The breakfast was limited. I was expecting more for the price of the rooms. I had a problem with the reservation which had to be solved through booking customer assistance, because the hotel was not replying.

The building itself is beautiful. The room was huge and it was facing the swimming pool, which is also big.

Just a humidity smell in our room but we got over it thank's to the rest.

Great hôtel with very confortable bed, a very nice pool and nice large room. Good breakfast and great location.

Bathroom wasn’t clean at all. The drain smell in the shower wasn’t pleasant.

The location is really good. Room was spacious and it has both shower and a bathtub. Staff was really helpful, they even helped us with our luggage. Overall it’s a good value for money. The hotel coffee shop is nice, but the prices went really higher from last year.
