The door lock to the room didn't work. It took a long time to repair, so we didn`t have acces to the room after breakfast. The room had USED slippers and a lot of mosquitoes. My request to speak to the manager was ignored.

Some of the interconnecting family rooms were located very close to a noisy road where traffic could clearly be heard.

Resort ground is wide, and if you have a room in last building it will take a while to get there. Its not THAT bad, just some people might find it uncomfortable. Second thing. A lot of Chinese families, and they are so loud. For last 2 days we had crazy loud Chinese neighbors and had to call to reception at night 12am and morning 6 am because they were going crazy in their room and we couldn't sleep. Hotel stuff was very nice and they tried their best to make them to be quieter.

Territory was sooo beautiful we loved it so much! Its a big resort, not just a hotel. They have 3 big swimming pools and we had a smaller swimming pool just on the balcony (we had pool access room) It was actually awesome because in the afternoon, all big pool's water was very hot, and our small one had cooler water. Very beautiful tho. 3 slides in main pool were really fun too, not perfect, they are a little bit old, but I had a lot of fun there, do not recommend to small children, and big man. My husband was too bit for it, so it scratched his elbow. But i used it every day and was happy 😊 Breakfast was good too. We had it every day for 6 days. Hotel changes menu a little bit every morning, so its always something new on a menu. A lot of food, bread, and fruits . Beach is just on the other side of a road. Very clean and nice. Water was great! A night market (closes around 11-12) is really close to the hotel, and there are a lot of restaurants there and nice massage places

The beach. No sun beds, the beach across the street is public. No toilet on the beach, the sand is dirty, no good restaurants, no clean beaches around. The hotel itself is good, but the location is very bad. If you want clean beach and good restaurants you will need to spend time and money to go to other places.

Room with garden/pool access smells like dump, talked to reception on day one of our 10 nights stay and the answer was we can move you tomorrow but they all have same problem.. breakfast is quite busy and the place hosts a lot of families so is hard to find baby high chairs most of time. pool bar personal tends to be rude at times.

Absolutely stunning garden and pool areas, lobby is also really nice and always looked after. Head chef at breakfast always there and very kind and welcoming. Reception staff and helpers always kind and welcoming. Girls handling towels at the pool always smiles and kind with kids. Absolutely great for kids

Amazing for kids with the slides, art classes and petting zoo. Fabulous location for Kata and Karon beach. Breakfasts were great and the on-site restaurants were perfect. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great stay for families

Very loud air con in the room. Can't adjust the fan speed so it stays at high speed and so loud that you can't sleep. You ha e to turn it off but then it so hot in the room. So either sweat or freeze. People are smoking near the pool and at the pool bar. Not pleasant. Do t understand why hotel can't allocate a designated smoking area away from people like other hotels do. Rooms getting a bit tired and need renovation.

Great swimming pool and slides. Good breakfast, good barista coffee & ice cream shop on premises. Good location.

policy of credit card. i paid prior arrival with online credit card and needed to show physical card which does not exist as the one used is a online credit card that bank gives to do online transactions. and because of that they did not accept checkin. so i needed to pay again at counter during checkin with another credit card (a physical one) and trust that hotel will refund the amount i paid before via contact with my bank

The TV should be smart. I mean its 2024 and the TV was a cable TV with a print from the 1980s. It is very difficult to keep the children engaged in the room so yes the hotel should really upgrade the TV to have youtube atleast.

The hotel is a perfect place to stay with your family, specially with kids. The room facing the beach with balcony has an exceptional view of the Karon beach, specially during sunset. The sky is pink and beautiful. The rooms in lagoon area are also an entirely different vibe. We had a great stay.

The beds!!! They were the hardest most uncomfortable sleep. We were only their 2 nights. I don't think I would have been able to sleep on them for a whole week.

The food was good. The prices were very reasonable. Location was great across from the beach with super easy access. My daughter loved the slides.

Got snake appearance need to becareful especially when there are kids visiting the place. Also got mosquitoes but resort have got the repellent machinese in room (probably the mozzies are aware abt that) 😅 need to cater to some fans for the reception area as it was kind of hot while waiting for the check in and check out.

It is spacious and clean. Breakfast spread is good! Staff are friendly! Love the shampoo and bodywash provided.. it smells like lemon grassy w ginger. The welcome drink chrysanthemum was very tasty!!

The spa is absolutely horrible. Worst foot massage ever, I didn't even stay for the full 60 mins. When I complained, all they say is spa is run by a 3rd party, but as it's located within the Thavorn Hotel they should ensure it meets the standards of the hotel.

Honestly not a single thing, and Im usually extra critical.

It was a great stay. The facilities, pools, gardens were awesome. The location was right in the middle of Karon beach. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Jane on the reception. Overall, our stay was nothing but perfect.
