Stayed here for an extended vacation and booked myself a 1 bedroom condo. Great place to stay, I was high up on floor 21 but still loud at night till 4am so bring ear plugs because there are loads of surrounding bars here, it is right next to LKMetro and soi 6 is about 25 min walk or an 8 minute bike ride away. Apartment had a living area with couch and tv, 1 bedroom with sliding doors to balcony and a queen size bed, had a kitchen equipped with loads of things like cups, plates, cutlery etc and had 2 electric hobs also a washing machine, microwave and a full size fridge freezer for all those messages you will buy. Outside had a private secured entrance and the lifts need a key fob to get into and your floor so felt very secure staying here. There are fines for things like noise or litter, smoking etc at the facility, 2000 baht each fine so watch out. Has a rooftop pool and an area on the roof to chill. This was a private rental and communication was via WhatsApp and was great as got check-in details on my phone when I landed, security or staff can’t help with bookings as private landlord rental. Got a cleaner in a few times, all included in price. Beware that Thailand have a private rental rule that if it’s less than 1 month rental then it’s against the law so just watch out for that as can get you in a pickle but I was just ok at the cut off. 9/10 is my score and deffo come again.

The facilities and cleanliness is top. Right in the middle of Pattaya City. Mork greeted us with a warm welcome. Pool is a plus with sea view. I would stay here again if I visit Pattaya, and recommend for all.

Thanks to Mork, who made sure our check-in and check-out was smooth. We booked two apartments and both were very good. Had a good view of the city from the balcony. Just 3mins walk to the Pattaya Beach, Pattaya Central Mall and 5mins walk to the Tree Town Night Market. The place is very central. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. There is an oven, washing machine and a fridge. All were in good condition to use. Enjoyed our stay here.

The owner is super kind and communicate very well, super helpful. The room itself was over expected, clean, and well-maintained. Easily accessible to beaches and shops. Pool is a plus.

Check in process took too long. Were told to contact them 15 minutes before arrival for someone to meet us but were waiting over half an hour even after phone calls. Cockroaches in the room too.

If you rent an apartment in a huge apartment complex for a few days it’s rather difficult to distinguish the complex and the particular unit. We did stay at the base once several years ago already, when it was quite new. By now the whole complex feels a bit run down. Some things like for instance a badly maintained roof top pool are due to management I guess, others simply because it’s such a high density condo. Having hundreds of tourists checking in and out of the place ever day does not help either. Waiting times at the elevators etc. Our particular apartment was basically nice and ok but also here we noticed the results of lagging maintenance. Quite strong smell in the unit when we entered - poorly concealed with a strong scent dispenser. It needed two days to improve. The kind of smell you get if textiles get wet for a few days in a warm climate. Also things like a loose toilet seat or stained sink sealing etc. Small things but a pity, because otherwise the unit itself and the location is great.

Location is great, next to second road and soi 11.

Very nice room. New and well maintained. Co-ordinator responds promptly to any concerns, requests or needed assistance. Facilities are amazing! Gym, two pools and lounge areas. I can recommend a great stay here.

Modern and clean apartment. Everything what you need for a comfortable stay. Two aircon, washing machine, microwave. all worked well. Good communication of owner via whatsapp. Great location at the centre of Pattaya life. Would stay here again
