We love staying at The Grand Napat. The location is good as we have a vehicle. The staff is wonderful. The breakfast is pretty good. It is near the following: JJ market (weekend), 7-Eleven, massage, and a car wash in the parking lot. The pool is great and there is a workout room.

This hotel is a strong choice for a trip here. The staff are friendly and helpful, the location is good, and the facilities are very nice. Sadly we came during the burning season, but we didn't feel the smog impacted our room, so we were relieved about that. There is a 7/11 and a launderette very close to the hotel that are both 24/7. The WiFi is stable.

In the evening there were some Internet issues, but not very annoying. Hotel rooms and GYM are not brand new anymore but still in good condition. Actually it's not easy to point out anything wrong.

The Staff is amazing. Everybody is very nice and kind, always smiling. Nice pool area. Kind of oasis in the city. You can rest here hearing sounds of waterfall and birds instead of cars. Very good breakfast. You can eat regional food or European/American breakfast. About 150m from the hotel there is really good massage service, seven eleven 7/11 and after 5p.m. there are a lot of street foods for just about 50thb/portion and it's super tasty!

Only downside is that there aren't enough sun loungers by the pool, so if it gets busy, there's nowhere to lay down. Also, the hotel is around a 30/40minute walk to the main Old Town Square.

Really lovely place! Room was really big, beds were amazingly comfortable. The addition of a microwave was nice. Bathroom was big and shower really nice! The breakfast was probably one of the best we've have here in Thailand. They cook to order, but also have a nice spread of Thai food, fruit, cakes etc too. The staff were really nice and help get our documents sorted for our visa extension. The pool was also really nice and the gym was a good added benefit.

The only small thing was that the TV had cable but we could not get it into "smart" mode to put Netflix on and there were limited amount of dishes in the kitchen. Small things though.

Great hotel. We had a mini suite with a living room and kitchen. The place was large and very clean. The staff were really helpful as well and cleaners brought water and fresh towels daily. It's a quieter little area but within 5 minutes walk to 7-11 and bustling street area. We used Grab and got into the old city in about 7 minutes and rarely had to wait longer than 5 minutes for the Grab. Comfy beds and good internet. I was really surprised by this place and it exceeded our expections.

Noisy people at the pool

Location, breakfast, room were all good. Many noisy people at the pool a couple of times, staff didn't do anything about them. Besides that, great stay.

Although the location is in a very quiet and calm place, it can also be its biggest drawback for tourists who don’t have their own transport. I had to book a grab taxi / bike every time I had to go to the old town for meals and shopping. There are no cabs or the local red trucks for transport outside of the hotel even on the main road. There are very small local Thai restaurants outside on the main road which are frequented by local residents only. There are no notable restaurants nearby except for Hogs cafe and bar next door to the hotel which is available for a quiet drink with some live music (closed on Sundays as most good restaurants are in a non tourist area).

Staff were very helpful and looked after our needs, the rooms were kept well and furnished for my requirements. There is a small kitchen with pots, plates, bowls and cutlery. The fridge is large and there is a microwave to heat up food if you need. Tea and coffee sachets along with drinking water is provided. The property is in a very calm and quiet place along with the group’s other 2 properties just next door. Ample shaded parking is provided for guests who drive to the property. The bed is comfortable and the room is spacious. There’s a separate room for a wardrobe and small safe. The living room has a TV and so does the bedroom. There is a 7 Eleven store right at the entrance of the property which is very handy as you can buy small snacks and other consumables as required. It’s open 24/7. There is also a massage place inside one of the properties which has a good staff and reasonable rates. Fast Wireless internet is provided at the time of check in. It’s a login and password based internet access valid for every 7 days and can support multiple device logins at the same time.

Excellent place with equally excellent staff. Well appointed ventilated rooms with clean and comfortable beds. The swimming pool with gym nearby was very useful. Staff were well trained and polite. Looked after all guests with aplomb. Special mention of good service by Atchara, Nichanart, Sarunya and Pantipa. Nichanart was even helpful in helping with my Laptop/ wifi issues. Thanks to them, a great memorable stay. The place is peaceful and away from local clutter but with close access to eateries and shops.

The hotel is not so close to the city center and it might difficult to book grab car, they usually use Loca ( but difficult too book as well). The reception staff clearly needs more training, they made quite a confusion with our booking.

The rooms are very big and clean. The swimming pool is great. Coffee break is also great.
