Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

South AfricaThere are 2 Park Nine Hotels in Bangkok and we gave the taxi driver the address of the wrong one as we looked it up quickly on booking.com. at the airport. We ended up having to call a 2nd taxi to get us to the right one and he really battled to find the address, although i think that was his mistake. Our fault about the address but it is confusing and I notice from previous reviews that we are not the only ones to have made this mistake. For a foreigner the names of the areas of each of the Hotels is very similar and maybe Booking.com can make a small change to the listings which which prevent the confusion.
Super breakfast and we had two dinners at the restaurant which were both excellent. The room was spacious and apartment style with a balcony. As the temp was 38degrees we could not enjoy the balcony but the beautiful pool in the complex was welcome. Also very close to the Seacom Shopping Centre which was an eye-opener. We only spent one very pleasant night here but this hotel must be ideal for anybody requiring an extended stay for business purposes etc. For a fee the hotel kindly allowed us to extend our booking out time to 6pm to enable us to delay our trip the airport to catch a late-night flight back home to Cape Town.

South KoreaI would advise to be cautious when using their contracted taxi service. During our ride, the driver, who seemed unwell, experienced a medical episode. He swerved on the road, closed his eyes, and jerked uncontrollably. We were deeply alarmed and requested him to pull over. My daughter and I arrived at the airport feeling extremely stressed. I believe it's unsafe for both the driver and passengers, especially foreigners, to be transported under such circumstances. Kindly inform the hotel about the driver's condition for the safety of all.
A fantastic escape from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok, it felt like being in the midst of the jungle. The hotel boasts a splendid restaurant offering delicious cuisine, an incredible pool, and the soothing sounds of nature. The staff were exceptionally attentive, and the hotel's value truly justifies its cost.

SingaporePerfect as we weren't planning to head into the city. Convenient sheltered parking at each of the tower blocks. A 5 minute walk to Paradise Park Shopping mall, and a 5 minute drive to Seacon Square Mall and to the Srinagarindra Train Night Market.

FranceNothing to do with the hotel, but rather the surroundings. We arrived at 8.30pm so dinner options in the neighborhood were limited. Looked very lively the next day when we left though.
The bedroom was more like a flat with a kitchen area, dining and living room, walk-in dressing area and massive bathroom. Enormous!

AustraliaIt's a serviced apartment - so people are living there full time. There was a bit of confusion with the staff at times (thought we'd paid for breakfast on booking.com - tried to charge for a glass that was already broken - restaurant food was expensive and pretty average - driver that was booked for us back to the airport was clearly on speed) - but you can self cater with a great supermarket 10 mins walking. Everyone was friendly - bit of a language barrier at times - but with all that being said, would stay here again in a flash.
Biggest apartment I've ever stayed in - it was huge. Fantastic for our family of five. A great retreat from the city. Train station and supermarket very close. Would definitely stay here again if in Bangkok

United States of AmericaPerhaps they are used to a higher class clientele than me, so a couple times it seemed we were confused or surprised by the other's actions. When I wanted to just go out for a walk the staff looked confused that I didn't need them to call a car or do anything for me. The wall of the bedroom that was near the bathroom had peeling paint/paper because of a leak at sometime. It didn't bother me, but may be an issue for some.
This is a serviced apartment accomodation and is very classy! I was a little confused as there wasn't an English sign on the building so it just looked like a ritzy apartment complex. The room was very comfortable, and the staff go out of their way to serve you. The amenities and garden like setting are top class.

RussiaI was hoping for a toaster, which was stated in the room description. But there wasn't one, since it is only available in bigger rooms. I hope they do add a toaster to the kitchenette in all rooms. Lone travelers also like to toast their bread, don't they?
The place is located in a quiet area, 5 minutes walk away from a huge department store. The inner yard is very relaxing and cozy. The room and the bed were huge and the balcony overlooking the inner yard with the pond and the swimming pool is beautiful. The restaurant is open till 10.30 and has an excellent selection of food and drinks.

Saudi ArabiaAs returning guests, we appreciate this hotel. The garden & pool area is lovely. The surroundings, where we feel safe at all time, are very nice with a country feeling, but still near to some big shopping malls including a genuine Thai food court. The apartment is bright and spacious. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

GermanyUnfortunately the location was not a good pick for us. We wanted to stay close to the airport, but we had a hard time finding a taxi/grab to pick us up or bring us back. From the city it was too far for most drivers and so many declined our requests.
The hotel is great, friendly staff, nice rooms, very nice garden area and very clean! There are two shopping malls and a night market in walking distance and the airport is close by!

Hotel was great, I decided to spend the night here close to the airport before travelling home. I booked 2 rooms for myself, my Thai partner and also her 2 young children. The rooms and facilities were exceptional and I would certainly stay here again. Very relaxing night after a busy holiday celebrating New Year, we decided to travel to the mall on the night we arrived and there was complimentary transport from the hotel, giving us a number to call when we were ready to come back to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really good. My flight wasn't until evening but it was no problem to remain at the hotel and use the swimming pool for a few hours.

United States of AmericaReally wanted to sit in the whirlpool. A staff worker told me, "the switch is inside. It turns on at 9am" but when I came back at 9:30am it was not working. Never saw the whirlpool turned on in two days. Similarly the sauna did not work (or if it did, I couldn't get it to turn on). Room design has a glass panel next to the entrance door so light from the hallway pours into the room all night. The staff removed a few of the light bulbs outside our door the first night and covered the window with a blackout cardboard the second night. If you are light sensitive you would want to ask them to cover the window before you check in.
This hotel is not in a convenient location for entral Bangkok activities, however I give it a high rating for location because it's within easy distance of the Suan Luang Rama 9 park where one can walk/run plus it has close access to the yellow line. Hotel was clean and very very quiet with large trees all around. Some rooms are rented out to long term residents. All rooms look onto a beautiful inner courtyard with trees and an engineered river running from the whirlpool area down to the reception. Large carp swim in the bottom pool. Pool was clean; enjoyed watching birds and squirrels in the trees while swimming. Exercise room could be accessed anytime day or night and was adequate with treadmills and some weight equipment. Our room was huge with two very comfortable queen size beds, bathtub, full size refrigerator and small kitchen counter area where we assembled our breakfast every morning. Balcony has rack for hanging wet clothes. Staff were kind and helpful. Free electric shuttle to taxi queue, yellow line, shopping mall, 7/11, etc. We did not have breakfast with our room so never went to look at what they offered.
