Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

ThailandExcellent location. Clean. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed and great shower. Bottled water everyday and bonus of a cafe down stairs that made awesome smoothies. No lift and no pool.

United KingdomHaving to actually to leave!..Eventually 😄
We stayed initially from March 2nd-6th and extended our stay twice more until around the 12th! And May even swing back before we leave SEAsia! 😄 We loved the whole vibe of the hotel and easy reach of any tourist or local attractions via walking, Grab or songthrew. Exceptional staff who go above and beyond to be of help and I feel this just comes naturally to each and every one of them. 😊 Great cafe - I was obsessed with a matcha latte and tuna melt and the yogurt and fruit bowl! It truly is a ‘family feel’ effort at the Peaberry and it has to be said that the very heart and soul of the hotel is Sunisa and her gorgeous team; Nat, Sky, Fern, Nicha and all of the wonderful ladies who help keep the place spick and span and feeling wonderful as it does. I don’t think the place would be the same without a single one of you. You’re all an absolute pleasure to have spent time around. Always available for advice and tips or just a chat 😊 Kap khun ka 😊🙏🏼 Forever in our memories 😊 We met Leah, part owner of the hotel who was also very kind in giving us tips for onward travel. It’s a great place to stay! So stay! Just leave us a room for sometime in mid May! 😉

CanadaThere was some noise from the street but that’s normal being in the center of Chiang Mai.
We loved our stay at the Peaberry Hotel! The staff was super attentive, the decor was gorgeous with lanna design & a modern twist. The hotel was always very clean. The breakfast at the Peaberry cafe was delicious.

United KingdomThe hotel was exceptionally clean with open areas downstairs and a cafe attached selling fresh food and great coffee at a reduced rate. The staff were exceptional, I was granted an early check and was able to leave my bag on my last day until my flight. When at the airport I received a message to say I had left cash in my room and they managed to get it to the airport and meet me to hand it over, the staff went above and beyond for me and I really hope I'll be back one day. Thank you for an amazing stay

MalaysiaIf you're a light sleeper - I wouldn't recommend a room facing the roadside because the soundproofing isn't very great so we could hear cars driving past in the middle of the night.
Had a great stay at Peaberry Hotel. We arrived much earlier than checkin time and were gifted a welcome drink of our choice (!!) from their cafe while they told us we could leave our bags, head out for breakfast while they prepare our room. Sunisa gave us a map of the area and told us all the good spots to go to - amazing host & hospitality! There's no elevator/lift in this place so luckily our bags were light enough to carry up. the room was also very spacious and cozy, and there was new bottles of water left outside our room everyday.

AustraliaNothing not to like
The hotel is in the top left hand corner of Old Town. Plenty of restaurants a short walk away, and a massive new shopping complex is a twenty minute walk, situated outside the old town. The hotel has its own coffee shop, that can be utilised for breakfasts. The hotel is charming, staff were fine and the room was clean and comfortable. I’m not a cat lover, but even I loved the resident cat.

I have traveled the world. I’m 81 years old and have NEVER been treated better by any staff anywhere. Sunisa is the manager and sets the example for her staff. She and her people speak English and will help with all your needs. She even walked us to one of her favorite restaurants about a mile away. Try the tropical smoothie at their restaurant. It’s to die for! The rooms are nice sized, air conditioned, and clean. There is much to do in Chaing Mai and the hotel is close to everything. Don’t look any farther for a room, you found it.

GermanyNo facilities like fitness..which would be great while eating so much yummy food in Chiang Mai. Beds are on the harder side, as its usual for thailand. The busy street can be loud during the day.
First of all the hotel manager need to be mentioned. She was the reason why i booked this hotel, reading other reviews. I have to admit its all correct. She is thai hospitality in person. Pretty, friendly and helpful beyond expectations. She offered to send my things by parcel through post to make my travels easier and lighter. She did everything while i was on a daytrip! And she found me a thai language teacher. Thank you Sunisa! Bathroom is spacious, shower has a seperation. Means bathroom won’t get allover wet whenever you have a shower. Directly at the mout. Easy walking.

United Kingdom-
Fantastic property in a great location. We felt really looked after, and the place had great personal feel to it. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Sunisa was there to meet us on arrival, give us recommendations every day during our stay and she also gave us some great tips for the rest of our travels in Thailand (including specific restaurants and things to see etc). She also helped us organise taxi’s and laundry service so it was effortless for us. Cafe downstairs was great too! thanks so much for having us!

United KingdomAs with most places in Thailand the mattress was a bit on the firm side. There was some roadside noise but that’s to be expected given the location, don’t let that dissuade you!
Very well appointed with the recent refurbishment; the owners have created a beautiful haven in this boutique hotel. Galal and his wife were very helpful with lots of suggestions and arranging anything we needed. Lovely room with great bathroom. Very clean and great location! Nice cafe attached, with good breakfast options. Definitely recommend this place for anyone staying at Chiang Mai
