Our stay at The Shore at Katathani was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome with warm hospitality and personalised attention. The private villa with its own pool overlooking the ocean was breathtaking – waking up to the sound of the waves and the stunning sunrise was unforgettable. The property is beautifully maintained, with lush greenery and plenty of quiet corners for relaxation. The infinity pool and beachside areas are perfect for unwinding, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and romantic. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, and the in-room dining service was prompt and high quality. We also appreciated the small, thoughtful touches from turn-down service to buggy rides across the property whenever needed. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a romantic getaway in Phuket and will definitely return again.

Room was incredible. Spectacular views and privacy. Amazing private and central pools. Immaculate landscaping and grounds. Staff were super helpful. Food was amazing. Staff kept note of my dietary needs after the first day and brought special items (gluten free bread/muffins) to me at breakfast without my request, which was a lovely touch.

There are not too many activities in the place compared to patong beach

The atmosphere of the place was great, the villa with the pool was fantastic i enjoyed the place, I would also like to thank Mr hakimi the golf driver for his kind and great hospitality and service.

The Shore's beach was good, but it can definitely be improved. Need more cleanliness. Secondly, even though the beach is part of The Shore, there is a guy who charges separately for sitting on the chairs. Found it odd.

The infinity pool inside the room was amazing, and we absolutely loved it. The staff was incredibly nice, and the room was beyond our expectations. Our guide, Nikki, was so cool. He helped us and guided us throughout our stay. They even gave us complimentary dessert and room decor, which was a lovely touch. The resort itself is huge, and you really get to enjoy the beauty of nature and serenity. I would highly recommend booking a room with a good view to watch the sunset. It was truly one of the best moments of our time in Thailand.

Mosquitos were a plenty but the hotel provided citronella spray. It would have been nice to have the room open and not need the aircon but it was so humid that we needed it on the whole stay.

The room and the view were gorgeous. Infinity pool was private. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. They have an app to communicate and request room service … drinks brought to the room etc.

My only complaints was that the bed was surprisingly uncomfortable and one of the double shower heads had such weak pressure when the other was running which kind of defeats the purpose of the shower!

Almost everything was perfect! The staff were exceptional (specifically Roy, he was delightful!) the room was so clean and the pool was the perfect temperature! The size of the room was incredible and it was so modern!

The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming , the room was found in an outstanding hygienic state and room services were 24/7 around the clock, with a quick response time and a beautiful location. Definitely recommended.
