Balcony is a little cramped under all the others and the only view is the building immediately next door.

Great location. Plenty of spas and restaurants right outside the hotel. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning was good, showers were hot, and the WiFi was strong. No elevator but the stairs weren’t bad, even with being on top floor.

Nice hotel, everything was clean and as pictured. The woman running the front desk and coffee shop is very nice and friendly. Having the coffee shop/bar below the rooms is nice.

The accommodation was very cozy and had everything you need. Nice bathroom and furniture. Everything was clean. We especially liked the atmosphere, to take off the shoes outside the house. The house had a huge shared kitchen and living room, which was also very nice and you directly felt home. Furthermore, the location of the flat is very centrally in chiang mai so you can reach everything by short walk.

The room needs some renovation cause it looked dated. It should be painted white and some furnitures updated/replaced with new ones

The room was big and clean. The bathroom was great and the hairdryer was the best I’ve used so far. The hotel is centrally located and it is within walking minutes from all main attractions in town

Nothing important. The view from our room was not great at the rear but it was quiet and away from the road as requested.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very well situated, confortable, very nice decoration, attractive café area. Bathroom was very nice. Lighting and decor. Nice breakfast. Helpful service.

It is at very nice location in the city. Also relatively quiet area. Many of city spots are walking distance. Host was helpful and nice. She arranged motorcycle rental also shower after checkout in reasonable price. I was second floor of suite so heavy luggage without lift was not a big deal. But it might be different by other conditions. I recommend to stay here. I will definitely stay here again if I go to this city again.

There is one roach found in the bathroom. Despite asking for housekeeping daily the roach was not clear away. Meaning the housekeeping is not done properly.

The staff's english was not the best and we booked things through the hotel and found out later the prices were a bit higher than usual. Also the shower's water pressure was bad.

The location is pretty good and the room was nice, overall value for money was good and we were satisfied, would have returned there.

Noise from the street during the night, I couldn't sleep well.

Location is great, easy to grab a bolt or a taxi. Only some minutes walking to famous spots in the old quarter. The staff are kind & friendly.

it was a lovely stay in this hotel, the room is clean and tidy, and the staff is great and helpful! The location is amazing and we enjoyed Sunday Night market on the next street. Would definitely recommend this place for a short trip

There was a decent size modern TV but I don't think it could be used. Would be nice to be able to watch netflix or other streaming service since a lot of things close quite early in Chiang Mai.

Everything is very clean and you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Clean and spacey rooms, comfy bed, black out blinds, good aircon, bottles of water everyday, daily laundry service for a small fee. Very good location close to temples, nice massage spas, restaurants and the sunday walking market is only a minutes walk away.
