good. location washing and dryer machines downstairs really handy 7/11. 3 mins walk.Hotel looks a bit outdated but rooms are clean would stay again

Toilet door was not closing fully.

It is our favourite hotel in Bangkok, location is very good. Clean and maintained swimming pool and other facilities. Aesthetics of the common areas are superb. Staff were nice and available.

Quite dated room, tatty linen but clean.

The rooftop pool was great, especially for the children. The location was good, near to the BTS line and buses

Bathroom did not have exhaust provision, A/C compressor exhaust in balcony was directed to a small window in the bathroom, thus causing the room to get heated up.

Some staff were accommodating but some were indifferent or not welcoming.

The property is very near to Victory Monument Station which will connect you to different locations of your choice either via BTS or MRT.

There is no bucket in the bathroom. Complementary half litre water is not sufficient for a person all day. At least the water should be free or normal drinking water should be available. Complementary Tea coffee should be available for all guests, it is not like one cup per day.

Hotel is a little tired and dated Air conditioning a little pants and noisy.

Location fantastic just around the corner from BTS and some great shopping locations. Hotel great for onward travel, keeping our bags until ~11 pm when we flew out Pool on the top floor was a bonus.

The beds were on wheels and would slide when you get on top. Also hard mattress without toppers. Overall the rooms were basic and the amenities were sub-par.

The rooftop pool and garden. Housekeeping staff were kind. Breakfast was decent for the price.

Looks very grand until you leave ground floor. Everything is aged and smells old. Towels are frayed, tatty and smelt strongly of prawn crackers (strange I know!). Furniture is old and all dark varnish. Rooms feel oppressive. (Really comfy bed though! Really comfy!)

Very comfortable beds. Pool area is nice and quiet. Rooms are clean with lots of storage space, the frontage is lovely. Location is good for outer suburb. Lots to do. Great authentic restaurant opposite that's super cheap. The lady making omelette at breakfast. Staff were great. Air con was good. Room facilities good but bathroom very old.

Lighting of room need to change to modern natural light. Pillow and bed not comfortable have to upgrade.

I choose this hotel coz of can stay for 5 persons in one room. And have pool at root top.

- Hotel is old, doors are creaky, air-con didn't work well - Bathroom are old, rusty faucets, there are only shampoo gel (bad type), no washing gel - There are no hook in the bathroom for clothes and towels - Towels are damp - Bad noise, my parents can't sleep because they can hear other guests talking from outside

- The location is great, near the Victory MRT - Plenty of coffee around - The valet staffs are helpful and nice - I rented family room (2 beds for 3 persons), spacious

Beds were cery hard. Rooms need renovation. Towels in the hotel are all full of holes and give very unclean image. Balcony was realy just a place to keep the ac machine.

- dog poops near swimming pool upstairs Love the golden retriever, but shock with the poops smell while swimming. -should have more or at least one hook in bathroom for towels. -door at 1 floor should be able to open by guess key card. -towels need to be renewed, they are older than me. - pls clean the shower room at the top floor next to swimming pool frequently - remove the big table in the triple room, for example, #917. -safe box doesn't work

Hotel is very convenient, 4 x 7.11 nearby, malls, street food, Victory Monument BTS, laundromat downstairs, 1Baht refill water machine downstairs. Salt water swimming pool rooftop is clean. Hot water and pressure very good Clean bathrooms Security and male staffs are very helpful.
