Some 9f the info was wrong. Spa cl9sed at 7 not 8pm resulted in 8s not getting massage. A taxi ride that was 10 mins to airport was 700tbht from the resort. Breakfast was advertised to start at 6 wasn't ready at 6:30

Lots of mosquitoes & the only mosquito repellant doesn't work very well unless your room is quite cold. Since the room are massive it takes time to cool down. Make sure you keep your room closed for the a/c to work well. Ask for a wifi router if you have poor & dropping connections. I kept losing signal (depending on your room location) & couldn't work. That was sorted out promptly.

Quite decent breakfast buffet. Even if you're late they will attend to your needs. If you're staying there for your entire holidays, no need to bring international adapters. The power sockets will fit 2 pins (Europe, Aussie, & U.S. ) & 3 pins 9 (U.K., N.Z) every where in the room. Mosquito repellent available. Outdoor shower.

Absolutely stunning resort, extremely helpful stuff that makes you feel like a VIP person. It has a huge hilly territory with a big garden on the sea coast, but there’s no need to walk at all - you just call the reception and they send a golf car to pick you up immediately. Villas are gorgeous with panoramic windows, all have a bath with big window facing the palms and green bushes in a separate room and an outdoor shower. It is not possible to swim in the sea at the resort due to low tides from 9am to 4pm but the superb pool doesn’t let you even think about it. We’ve been presented a 15 minutes relaxing hand massage both for me and my wife that we appreciated so much. The breakfast is excellent with a big choice of European and Asian food. The hotel offers a variety of free activities every day - Yoga and Thai box classes in the garden, different cooking master classes, aqua aerobics + they offer free transfers to Rawai beach that is just 3 mins of driving away, Nai Harn beach, Phromthep cape to see the sunset and Phuket town. It is a paradise, would love to return.

Not a huge amount around the hotel if you want to get away (and taxis are super expensive in Phuket). The "traditional thai" restaurant ins't particularly great - stick to the one by the pool

Nothing! Was just great! For everyone’s information, the resort does have a beach but you cannot really swim in it.

Great resort on the southern coast of Phuket! Very quiet and relaxing, it offers great bungalow rooms, most of them with a nice view on the sea. Swimming pool and both restaurants were great (food was delicious 😋)! Good wifi everywhere. Location wise, it is a bit far from the airport or most popular places but there are very nice beaches closeby and the hotel offers a few good excursions. Last but not least, staff was as extremely friendly!

The staff can sometimes be a bit ineffective - for example, we waited a long time at the bar for service sometimes, and on a couple of occasions I thought I had booked something (they told me I had) and then it didn't materialise, but honestly overall this is a pretty small thing.

We love this hotel. It's in a lovely location, the staff are really friendly (if sometimes a little ineffective) and the pool is absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast is pretty good, the drinks in the bar are well-priced and they have a bunch of buggies to ferry you around the resort if you don't fancy negotiating the hills. We always enjoy staying here - this time they took a photo of us at reception and then delivered it to us in a lovely hotel frame - such a nice touch. We can't wait to come back again.

For Thailand, the spa prices were extremely high. I thought I'd get a bit of a deal, but the spa pricing was like what you'd find back in the USA. I could have ran 5 minutes up the street and got a massage for a fraction of the price. The room logistics were a little strange just in that there are no towel racks. Also, the wi-fi performance isn't the greatest... I definitely noticed spikes where the performance was slow to none.

The staff was so nice and friendly! The views from our room were GORGEOUS. I LOVED the outdoor shower.

Staff weren’t amazing, but friendly. Beach is not good there so we didn’t really use it. Kids club was empty so didn’t feel comfortable leaving my daughter there which was a shame as it was one of the reasons we chose the place. Food is not amazing there but we are out at lots of lovely Thai places on the beach. Also a great Pizeria on the hill in Ania Harn.

Great view, short drive from Rawai for lunch + market, and Nia Harn beach for swimming/lunch/market. Staff very friendly, service not too bad. Room was fab and really large. Massage was amazing. Golf buggies to take you around.

Will start with breackfast - avverage for this sort of "high" class hotel. The restaurant and barwhere breakfast was served was not organized. You had to wait for your order ages but the worst part....you could stay 1h with dirty dishes in front of you and no-one clean it. And again will be you asking them to clean it. So O disappointed. And this happened not just for breaky but lunch and dinner as well!!!

We had a beach villa, very clean and tide all the time with a great view!!!

    - There was a risky step inside the room, not good for kids. - Little varieties in the breakfast buffet. - Slow response from the golf shuttle inside the resort. - It’s in the middle of nowhere, around one hour from/to the airport and same to many of the famous locations like Patong beach.

The resort is very far from the airport. We got bad traffic and took us 2.5hrs to get to the airport. The hotel is quite dated and was not clean. Our villa had holes in the roof, a bat in the ceiling and a broken bath. There are a lot of bugs everywhere. Apart from Natty and the Philippino staff, the level of English is quite poor - I used google translate a lot! We ended up checking out early. Separately, do not go to the elephant and monkey show - we got sucked in and the monkeys are chained up. The elephants and monkeys are trained to do tricks. The elephants carry tourists all day and the elephant handler asked us for money.

The kids facilities are great. There was one excellent staff there (Natty) who responded to all our needs. She was terrific, and actually made our stay bearable.

The villas are old and needs repairs. The Lower category villa was better n more comfortable than the higher category one. The Aircondition draft was right on our faces making it very difficult to get a good night sleep. One would expect the staff to be more accommodating to guest requests being a 5 star rated resort but sadly everything is just by the rule book however, any and everything can be made possible at a cost which was very disappointing to learn at the time of booking and also during our stay. It is a total rip-off and an absolute no value for money place. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The pictures on booking.com are definitely deceiving than the actual staff n services provided.

New Year's Eve was not worth the money. No ambiance, poor entertainement. Also if you wish to chill and leave your kid at the mini club, it's difficult as there were no kids in, so no real activities... which is strange on the busiest period of the year and with a fully occupied resort. Maybe we are too use to Club Med's kid's club. Also, expect to be with a lot of asian tourists...coming to NY's eve in slippers and T-shirts...

Very tired property with low quality dining and reception areas. The dining area in particular needed a good clean especially the dirty seat covers. Built on a hillside means lots of stairs which wasn't an issue until nighttime when they were very poorly lit with many bulbs out! The bed was hard and most uncomfortable and the bathroom poorly lit. Not deserving a 5 star rating.

Beach is just for sightseeing, not for swimming..! Mosquitoes around in the room. However they do pest control every 2 days.

Variety of Breakfast menu. Far away from Noisy area. Feeling like staying in isolated island. Very near to Rawai Seafood market (5 mins. by car) Good facility of free pick up/drop by cab to Rawai seafood market, Nai han beach, etc. Overall outstanding service !

    Location, outdated villas, insects galore

Staff brilliant, location very far from the airport, expensive hotel with outdated villa which needs modernising, staff provide 5 star service but the location and accommodation let the hotel down!!

the facilities didn't support the feel. The breakfast was pathetic and the service staff at the breakfast restaurant were offensive. The fitness center was overrated. The facility was less than basic.

The resort looks amazing ! 5*/5 The staff was very friendly and always willing to provide you with the best comfort. The villa matched exactly the images from the booking site (which is very rare this days) and it was very clean and well placed (we stayed in a beach view villa). The restaurant had very good food and it varied : Thai, Asian and Western.

The reception staff were often unhelpful. They provided extremely poor advice regarding activities and often sent us to unsafe locations which were not suitable. All of the restaurant recommendation made by the hotel were terrible. We took a tour bus to Central Shopping Centre. However, the hotel left us at the location and failed to collect us at the agreed time. We waited for over an hour till the hotel could arrange another bus to collect us. However, when we returned to the hotel, the manager lied directly to us regarding the reason the bus did not collect us at the agreed time. We also found that we were overcharged with transportation through the hotel.

The rooms were amazing and the waitstaff were excellent. We rented a vehicle through the hotel which I would highly recommend.

Very relaxed place. Feel like paradise. We stayed at the villa with private pool in front of the sea. Stunning!!! The service is perfect, kind and professional. Breakfast delicious and with a lot of local and western choices. Far from crowded/touristic areas which makes your stay very pleasant and relaxed. The beach is affected by tides, only good for swimming in the morning. The swimming pool is great. The sunrise is magnificent. They provide dayly activities for free, such as Thai cooking lesons or yoga.
