The location was a bit farther from the main attractions so you will need to use Grab taxi to get to places.

The breakfast was awesome. It was right by the ocean and the pools were great. The villa was clean and staff was helpful and nice.

Bed matress is hard. Some construction work taking place in Villas nearby but can't hear a thing!

Location is ok. View from the hotel is stunning. Scenery by the pool magical with the tide going in and out. You can actually walk 'on the sea' at times. Rooms are comfy and private. Staff helpful and sweet. Renewed our stay for extra 2 nights.

The lack of attention to customer service has been quite stark for a 5 star hotel. The staff is decent and tries to be helpful, but they lack proactivity to look after customers that most 5 star establishments do as a best practice (for example, luggage left unattended and untagged by the buggy service and then at the check out not being asked if we have any luggage to be looked after; another instance is with the restaurant service where the staff have close to zero understanding of food allergies and there’s no record that a guest would have to be looked after in this instance even though it was mentioned at multiple points during and after the booking process).

Really awesome location and room (beachfront villa is stunning) with lots of peace and quiet. Also, cocktail drinks are fairly decent which is very very very hard to come by in the whole of Phuket.

Beautiful setting waking up to a sea view every morning and kite surfing. Amazing location with amazing staff, pool and area beautiful great choice of breakfast every morning. Shuttle service to various locations which don't cost which was a great surprise.

Ladder into the pool needs some strengthening. SPA was more expensive than other good SPA at high end resort so we didn’t use the resort’s SPA.

The 2 bedroom villa with the pool was perfect for us. Lots of space, good size pool and beautiful view. good Gym. Small but had everything we needed. Wide selection at breakfast. Staff was excellent. Very helpful.

You can walk from the resort along the beach to neighbouring bars and restaurants, but the main road is a dual carriageway, so safer to get a taxi if you want to leave the resort by road

Poolside smoothies.

Staff were accommodating and friendly. Loved the use of the buggies assisting guests in getting around the complex. Nice breakfast, comfortable bed, and pillows. Excellent large and clean pool with good temperature. Appreciated the body bug spray in the room. Vijitt exceeded my expectations.

We knew there wasn't a swimming beach as the tide is out very far. However, the pool is fantastic and you can easily access beaches via the hotel transfer if that's important to you.

The service was fabulous. And the view of the sea is now my screen saver. The food at the thai restaurant was wonderful.
