I really love the Wearhouse hotel, it's really in a good location, I walk around a lot. The location is very good, but I would especially like to mention maids , they were really lovely, always the room was clean. And the sweeping pool was very helpful in the hot days. And very clean as well.

Bed too hard and there was some external noise...not sure what but it woke us up. We moved to an upstairs room and were given a mattress topper to soften the bed. New room upstairs had better view and was much quieter.

Good location, walkable to old town and night markets. Great swimming pool and lovely sized bedsit type room. Very clean and staff very responsive to requests. Overall I would recommend. We had a lovely stay and found great bar called Baan Baan nearby with pool table and super freshly cooked Thai food cooked to order. Restaurant near hotel on corner also convenient and reasonable.

The staff were very friendly and always on hand. We liked the warehouse style of the bedrooms, which were of a good size. The hotel was in a quiet area but it was easy to walk to restaurants. The bar area was a nice place to have a drink after a busy day!

Cleaning staff waiting outside my room from 8am, watching stuff on their phones at full volume!

Clean, nice pool with plenty of loungers. Ideal position for what I wanted, just outside old city in a community area - very authentic Thailand. Excellent shower, comfortable bed, helpful reception staff.

Not a big issue, but worth noting – the pool is shared with the hostel and day guests, so it gets busy and noisy. My room (104) was right by the pool, so not much privacy unless the curtains were shut. I’d stay again, just not in a poolside room.

After international travel ,all day , 3 flights , I was very tired . Driver met me at Airport ( extra charge ) I had a warm welcome when I got to the Warehouse .The room and the facilities exceeded my expectations ! The location is close to everything , easy to walk The rooms are cleaned daily, the pool is cleaned daily . The pool area is a great place to chill out. The staff are friendly and helpful , I felt like part of the family . Because it is in a quiet street it's also great for a good nights sleep . Would definitely stay here again and have booked another week after visiting Chaing Rai .in

In my room aircon blew straight onto the bed, but might be different in other rooms.

Easy 5min grab to where the action is. Really quiet and cool little side street with nice restaurant 50m away with a great menu. Friendly staff. Clean pool with LOTS of loungers and was never really busy. Good vibes all round.

I didn’t risk the pool… very strange green colour.. like lime Gatorade!

Good for a short stay, relatively quiet location near to the old square. Rooms were large clean and comfortable. Plenty of loungers around the pool area and reception area was welcoming and people sitting /chatting/ on laptops.
