Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

DenmarkFront doors in the huts were v e r y difficult to open and could not stay closed unless locked. There were also large gaps when doors vere closed. The furniture in the seating area outside the houses and in the pool are were worn down and should be renewed.
The bed was comfortable. There is an aircon, hot water, a fridge, a safe, a water boiler, two bottles of water every day and free instant coffee / creamer in the huts. The pool was nice and clean.

Irelandwe were very disappointed with this. It wasn’t very clean, and the bungalows needed some serious renovation. There was so many bugs and mosquitos inside as there were gaping holes everywhere and loads of space around the door, ants got into all our bags and clothes and I was bitten alive during the nighttimes. there was mould all over the inside of the fridge. The outdoor area clearly hadn’t been touched in a long time and was very unkept - there was a pool table but looked as though would crumble if you tried to use it. The staff weren’t the friendliest, we had booked a whole week but left 3 days early as it was making us a bit miserable and they wouldn’t give us any refund, didn’t say sorry or even ask how our stay was.
The location wasn’t bad, a 15 minute walk from white sands centre. Had a nice pool.
