The towels were clean but ripped/had holes in them. The room is small and we had to open our suitcase in the mini corridor between the bed and the toilet and step over it... The view from the room was accross an old abandoned/storage house, but as we were only in the room to sleep, it was fine.

The hotel's location is excellent! You can't get more central than this for the price of the room. Despite the fact that the paint on the walls is fading and there are signs of wear and tear on the walls - The room was clean. The bathroom was spacious.

The only remarks I would have is that the bed is very hard (which however I’ve now experienced in multiple Thai accommodations) and the water temperature in the bathroom is tricky; the faucet didn’t produce any hot water and the shower was an all or nothing :D

Value for money: a cheap accommodation in the heart of Patong. As long as you are aware of what you sign up for (very busy part of town, a lot of merchants everywhere and flashing lights) this puts you right into the action. The hotel is hidden in an alley, so you have to walk through a market. But once there the room is very nice, spacious, great AC and good vibes.

One of the staff ( the male) his behavior was not really good. also the deposit side were not mentioned on booking we had to pay 1000 bhat upfront. Although, the location is pretty good its located in the middle of souq which makes you whenever you go in or out to get asked by souq employees trying to sell you their materials.

Nice hotel at Patong Beach, really good location close to all the bars, restaurants, dining and party options, 5-10 mins walking from Otop market and the main street with the discos At reception the staff was friendly and accommodating, helped us book a private driver for 5 hours to go to Karon viewpoint, Kata Beach, then down to the best sunset spot - Cape Phrom Thep and waited for us at each stop and then returned us back at the hotel for a good price. Good room, clean, nice, really good price.

The first thing - according to booking.com, this hotel should’ve had breakfast if you pay at the hotel, but right at the beginning, the receptionist told us they don’t have any breakfast options. We were dissapointed and had to buy breakfast on our own. Booking should update their information. The second thing - the walls in this hotel were so thin, it was so loud and noisy at night, we couldn’t sleep at all. The airconditioner outside was terribly loud, also the wifi box in the hallway, the constant fireworks, you could even hear the people talking in the hallway and their steps going up and down the stairs. Not even earplugs could help us. We slept terribly the whole week.

The hotel and the rooms were nice and modern, although it looked a bit better on pictures. The staff were very friendly. They arranged the airport taxi for us and they cleaned our room everytime we asked them to. The location was great, the hotel was right beside Patong beach in the center of everything. You could reach everything on foot.

So, I had booked 9 night with Booking.com , the second day I told to the employee that I would live after 4 days because I couldn't sleep for the noise, she suggested me to contact Booking, so I did, but the new change of the reservation should also be confirmed by the Tiras hotel manager and even I asked for it several times , he never accepted the change, so I paid 9 night staying only 5. So if you sum that you cannot sleep there and the behaviour of the manager, my advice is : "never never again, never go there" . I can't understand people who said they liked that hotel, maybe "no sleeping people"

Controversial review, the room was nice with everything you need, but the enormous problem is that you cannot sleep. In front of your balcony there is a roof of a commercial building, and that roof is full covered with airconditioner machiner that make noise day and night with a loud horn impossible to bear , even if you put on ears plug
