We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomEverything! The room was modern and just like the pictures, we were so surprised because the pictures looked so good! The pool area we actually felt was even nicer than the pictures- it had a lot more character in person. The pool was breathtaking and the sunbeds super comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and we were asked for feedback many times so clearly care about what the guests think too (not that they need to be asking for feedback- perfect in our eyes)! Particularly the pool bar staff were super friendly. Location is also great, as soon as you leave you are on the busy part of Kata with loads of shops and markets. Despite being busy just outside, the hotel grounds themselves are really relaxing and quiet. You’re a short walk to the beach too but we preferred the tranquility of the pool.

BulgariaThey might consider quieter air conditioning system, as the current outdoor units are quite noisy. But generally the hotel was fine.
We moved to Chanalai Romantica Resort from Best Western Patong, where we had a nightmare night. Fortunately, Chanalai Romantica gave us a clean, spacious room with all amenities and the staff made special arrangements to get us a room as far away from the road as possible so that the road noise would not be so disturbing. The hotel is well located. It is close to Kata Beach and many shops and restaurants with good food.

United KingdomThe only thing we didn’t enjoy was the restaurant as we caught them at the end of service or something, the delivery there felt disjointed and we almost left rather than waiting for our order. A minor criticism whilst everything else was amazing.
Unique design, clean, fresh, and the staff were very attentive. We stayed at 5 other places over 2 weeks island hopping and this was one of the best. Kata beach also a great location outside of the hustle and bustle of Patong but still close enough by tuck tuck to most things. They also made an extra effort to wish my partner a happy 30th and valentines, which sounds minor but I’ve always been surprised how many places don’t bother. It went a long way for me.

United KingdomSometimes the cleaning wasn’t done to the best of standards or replacement of stuff like toilet paper was not done. This is not a problem as you can go to reception and ask for it and they will replace it immediately.
This is a very good 4 star resort! The fact that it’s adults only makes it quite peaceful especially around the pool area. The breakfast options are excellent! The rooms are spacious, open plan and clean. The restaurant/room service is outstanding with great quality food I would highly recommend. Their cocktails by the pool are also super nice and very affordable especially at happy hour. The staff is so incredibly nice too!!!!!

This is our Favorite hotel on Kata Beach. The staff is Amazing, Room is very nice with fluffy white towels, with all the sundries, Great Breakfast with lots of options, and a Great Pool. We have stayed here multiple times & have always been happy here.

Super great staff, always distributing smiles and very supportive on anything. We selected the rooms in the ground floor with direct access to the swimming pool, which was a good option. Good facilities, well cleaned. The location was fine, variety of restaurants nearby and close to the beach.

Most accommodating staff, especially at reception. Room was large and had everything we needed. Cocktails didn't seem to have much alcohol in them but at the price in happy hour sessions we were not bothered. Restaurant served very good food, at good prices, but service was very hit and miss.
